Never going here again. Sushma does not pay very good attention. I went in here three weeks ago for some trimming around the neck and that was fine. However, just now I went in and asked the same person to give me a Faux Hawk, and showed her a picture. She said she understood, and proceeded to trim all of the hair around the back of my head and neck to a short length, resulting in a high top. I explained that I showed her the picture because I wanted it long in the line with the top of my hair, and she replied that it would not look good. I then showed her the picture again, and she said "ohhhhhh".

This was probably the worst place I have ever been to. The lady that cut my hair had no clue what she was doing and I was very unsatisfied at the end, she couldnt make a straight parting on me. But the worse part was how they messed up my on brothers simple haircut, which was short on the sides and a little longer on the top. It was so bad we ended up having to give him a buzzcut. I will never forget the drive home of him crying. Definitely will never come to any hair cuttery ever again.

Worse haircut ever. The cut did not even lay right and could not comb it in any meaningful way. I agree with the person who says they are all new to cutting hair. I would also say that some have never cut a white mans hair before. I will tell you that they will never cut my hair again. I miss Kims, always did a great job never an issue....Worse hair cut I have ever had in my life.

Worst place ever lady didnt know how to cut a simple military hair cut, left me uneven on one side and cut me behind the neck by using a trimmer isntead of using a proper razor blade to shave, honestly if anyone goes here even after reading this stay away from the lady from the second chair on the right row, hope you get better luck than I did. Anyway Im never coming back.

This place is convenient as it right next to my house. Their redken hair color products are terrible. My scalp got burned so if youre wanting to get your hair colored go to another place or bring in your products and go to Saiqa Bano! Shes a graduate from Paul Mitchell in Tysons and she does an excellent job with cuts and styling. She has magical hands!

Ive tried them twice now in the past 2 months and I find that the stylists are very new to doing hair as if they just came straight out of hair academy. Hopefully they develop their skills and techniques sooner than later. Good Luck

Sorry to the person who got an uneven haircut, but by standards of cosmetology state board, they are not allowed to use a razor to trim hair around the nape, this requires a barbering license.
