I just walked in to schedule an appointment. I asked if anything was available today and the women just stared at me. I then asked if I could make an appointment. They told me nothing was available. I asked to make an appointment for another time. They continued to service their clients and told me call anytime and said goodbye. I do not understand why I could not make an appointment when I was there. Why do I have to leave and call? And they didnt bother to give me the number

I dont like to leave negative comments but it is what it is. First off, horrible attention. The manager is extremely rude. The workers treat you as if you were getting a haircut for free. Im definitely not going back ever again. I d not recommend this place for anyone looking to get a decent haircut. I would recommend to go somewhere else for a little more and better service.

Let you attend the meeting but make you more customers grab the wrong color because they do come fast Lugo dises them you do not like and make you come back and let you take the worst time to client home
