Absolutely awful. First of all my mother in law called a month ahead of time to make two appointments for 11 am. The girl said it wouldnt be a problem at all. The day off we show up 15 mins early to find out they wrote my mother in law in for 10 and didnt even write down my appointment! Then to top it off my husbands grandmother called that morning to schedule for 11 for a shampoo and style they didnt have her appointment either! Then the best part the girl who did my hair had no idea how to do an updo. It was awful... by the time I got back to my hotel literally 100 yards away, (taking 30 seconds in my car) my hair pins were falling out! My hair fell out of the awful mess she threw together. I called said I wanted my money back (which I was given) and did my hair myself which looked a million times better. Wasnt anywhere close to what I wanted but it looked a heck of a lot better. I recommend you look somewhere else.

Dont bother looking at the board on the wall for pricing! My fiancé and I both wanted a wash, cut and style- which is displayed as 19.95 (or 19.99, something like that) we go to pay and the price was $43 something.. so I ask why its more. Apparently stylists with the green stars on their mirror are considered some kind of specialist and it costs more for them to cut your hair. Thats fine.. had we requested that. Then, we were charged $1.95 for conditioning that my fiancé didnt even request! This isnt the first time. Straightening your hair is apparently a special style as well and costs an extra $7!!! At least advertise this so people are aware of what theyre actually going to be paying.

I do not care for the atmosphere here, everyone is very chatty. If the employees did their job as well as they chat away than maybe the place would not be so bad. I am not sure where they find some of their employees but they should not be getting paid to cut hair. My haircuts are usually choppy and uneven and not worth the $20. Last time i got a haircut, my bangs were left untouched so it was like a half cut. Not worth the money. My husband came home with his haircut and the one side of his head looked like it wasnt even cut and the other half was almost shaved down. Strange place, not worth my time or money. STOP TALKING SO MUCH AND DO WHAT PEOPLE PAY YOU TO DO.

I hold mixed feeling about holiday hair in general. This stores ok depending who you get and what you want done. Ive had them color my hair before and had to come in again so they could fix it after half the color didnt take, and even then it wasnt exactly what Id asked for. On the other hand Ive had some really great cuts there and theyre always friendly. So like I said mixed feelings.

I dont recommend this place, buty haircut was fine. I had a picture and she got it pretty close. Although, she was very generous with the water bottle and practically gave me a shower. It felt like she was going to pull out some of my hair. I never knew haircuts could be painful...

2 people working on a sunday..... Had 12 people in there waiting area.... hour and a half wait for half rate service, no thank you. I will never be going back here, got horrible service on past visits... Their hair dressers are more worried about chatting with co workers....

Ive gone here for years. It is a popular place, so I dont go at peak times like Saturday mornings so I wont have to wait very long. For the money, my haircuts have always been fine.

Poor quality hair cut. I had my haircut in less than 5 minutes and not worth the 20$. Its bad when I get home and have to fix mistakes. Employees were unprofessional.
