Do not go to Jessyca unless you want to be treated like youre a bother and want your hair 3 inches shorter than what you asked for. I walked in, and was greeted by Caitlyn who was very sweet and welcoming. She was helping a family and they seemed to love her and she talked to them asked how they liked the hair throughout the whole process. Jessyca (Im assuming this is her name because she never even told me but it was on the receipt) called me over, asked me how much I wanted cut and I said 4 inches. She washed my hair and brought me back to the chair. I asked her to put my hair back in its part since thats how I wanted it cut. She said to just hold on and continued to comb it a different way and began to cut. I asked again, and she got annoyed and said she would. 5 minutes later, she was about to cut pieves that would mess up my part so I said "can I just please put my hair in the part, I dont understand why I cant." So she sighed heavily and said "can you just sit down" (Im short and have long hair so I had to stand up to make it easier I guess.) she tossed me the comb and said here. The comb dropped and I couldnt find it and she wouldnt help me look for it. I had to climb out of the chair and get on the floor to get the comb. After parting it, she cut the last few pieces and said "$17" then just walked away. She didnt talk to me AT ALL during the process, she cut 6-7 inches off instead of 4, she cut it uneven and didnt even cut one piece at all. She also never asked me if I wanted my hair dried so I had to walk outside with dripping wet hair. She was the worst stylist Ive ever gone to and will never be going back to her. I called the manager the next day and she was very sorry and gave me a refund. She also offered a free trim for next time but I declined that. Im not saying every person who works there was bad because one person shouldnt ruin it for everyone, but I would never recommend going to Jessyca.

I had the most amazing experience at this location today. After a somewhat disappointing color a week ago I reluctantly reached out to manager Shay who invited me in to fix my color. She treated me so kind and understanding. She was so professional and friendly. Not only did she make sure I loved my cut and color but gave me a very generous gift certificate which I was able to use on tons of color keep-up products!!! Talk about a true customer service professional! Ive never had such a good experience - anywhere. Shay!!! Thank you so much for making me feel like a princess ♡ p.s. my husband loves it!

Ive been going to this salon for the past 3 years. I looooooove this hair cuttery, especially my stylist Melissa. She does a fabulous job with not only my hair, but my sisters and grandmas hair. She never cuts too much off and she styles it just perfectly. Never done in a way that you wouldnt like it. I even got highlights done by them on more than one occassion and the results were always superb. Overall this salon is quite comfortable, its a great atmosphere and customer service is great too. I will forever go here. Fast service, great results.

I had Carrie. And I love my hair cut, they made sure everyone like there hair before leaving. They were patient, I think they have lots of fun together and that is how they achieve a wonderful team. They talk to each customer, I was told it would be a 30 to 40 minute wait the second I walked in. They greeted me and checked me in. I love the way they discuss what you will like with your hair. I enjoyed my time up their. Even waiting was fun. Thanks for my hair cut. I will be coming back for highlights!!

Wow. Def the worst hair cut Ive ever paid for. I could tell the girl was new and I was skeptical watching her. But I was too nice to say anything. Paid and left and went to a place by my house and they fixed it for free. They also laughed at the lines all over my head from the clippers. And the length on top was incredibly inconsistent. Truly awful.

Do not go to Ashley. I asked for shoulder length hair and ended up with a bob. During the process I question the cut several times and was ensured that once it dried it would be my desired length. The manager has offered to give me my money back but it doesnt stop the fact that I currently look like a boy

Wonderful, very patient and knows her craft well is how I would describe Ms Jessyca. She explained the hair coloring process and answered all my questions. I enjoy coming to the Bell Creek location. I would highly recommend Jessyca and this location to anyone.
