This place is just about the worst post office in this area and beyond. The employees are RUDE and NOT HELPFUL AT ALL and GRUMPY beyond belief. I am going to use UPS and FedEx rather than deal with this AWFUL post office. They should to be ashamed of themselves!! It is a very well known fact with my entire family and with friends that this post office needs some new blood, and some kind one at that!!

They are open an hour or two later than our local town post office so when I want to ship an important package out later in the day I will sometimes go here even though it is twenty minutes out of my way. Even with four clerks servicing the line it can get crowded. There is a 24-hour kiosk here although Im not sure what you can mail from it.

Initial I hesitated to goto this store because of the poor feedback from other users. But once I was forced to go there (for whatever reason) - I was pleasantly surprized to not-find any "rude" person. Staff is always helpful and polite. The facility is very clean too. Now this is a go-to place for me for any USPS tasks.

Rude, Vulgar, do not care about anyone.. all they do is protect themselves rather then do their job correctly.. and complaining?! forget it! they pretend to listen to ur complaints and if u ask for another number they give u a false number. im so ashamed that my tax dollars go to funding them.

I have lived in Acton for 40+ years. I have never had a bad experience at either post office. Employees are helpful with any question or problem I have had.
