I will never go to the post office marlborough mass again. They are rude and never smile. They are not happy to be working. UPS is much better and friendlier. Every time I go to the post office, there is a terribly long line and the employees take no inatiative to try and make the line move faster. I hate going there. They will not tape a box for you as courtisy. They make you purchase a whole roll of tape just for one shipping box, and then take the next customer, so that it isnt your turn in line anymore. There is no personality and no eye contact. I feel like the workers are sargents rather than helpful. they love saying the word "no".

They SUCK. Once again they have listed a package of mine delivered and it is not. They have cost my business thousands of dollars in lost deliveries or packages they say have been delivered but have never arrived! If possible I use UPS or FEDEX but on the rare occasion I have to use USPS I cringe.AS of this writing I have been on hold for 27 minutes even thought they stated wait time was 10-12 minutes.

These guys are a lot better than the Framingham post office. Yes there are long lines, but they move fairly quickly in comparison to other offices. The workers there are friendly, when I call, they pick up usually within the first ring, and my mail carrier is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure that I get my package on time. Im very disappointed in the customer service at the post office. Garrett is extremely rude and condescending every time I go in. However there was a woman working with him today who was cheerful and a pleasure to deal with. I hope she is around more often.

My mail always arrives in good condition on time. I called yesterday regarding Waterfowl Stamps for the upcoming season and the call was answered promptly and the emplyee was courteous and helpful. The previous reviewer most likely had the wrong number.

How hard it it to put mail in the correct mail box?? Over 20 pieces of our mail were delivered to a different company. This included bills and checks. this is not the first time this has happened to us either.

Its 10:52am, Ive been calling since 8:30am to find out why I havent gotten mail in the last 4 business days and NO ONE will pick up. It rings for 15min and then hangs up. Thanks. Great Service. [/sarcasm]
