I created an eBay account just to sell a food processor before a move. It arrived at its destination broken (plenty of before / after photo evidence) so I filed a claim, since I paid extra for $50 worth of insurance and it was a $40 item sale. According to USPS, the sales receipt from the eBay transaction doesnt count as proof of value for the sale. Neither did listings from sites selling the same item for the same price. So how do I prove value to you, USPS? This question got no answer and they just rejected the claim despite my having provided evidence in every category they listed. A terrible waste of time and no apologies or further explanations from the staff. If you ship from here, dont bother buying insurance on your items.

This office has been delivering my mail to neighbors for years. Some do not give my mail to me so sensitive documents like social security cards and vehicle titles are in limbo. I do, however get other persons mail of whom do not live near me. This would be zero stars if it was available.

I was already having horrible day and had to get a passport here. Even though I didnt have the right birth certificate and couldnt get it, he went out his way to look over my stuff, copy my license for me, and just gave me great advice. Awesome experience!!!

We stood in line for an hour to get forms and as question and the guy was absolutely RUDE!! There is no need. If he doesnt like his job he shouldnt be there. This was for passport line April1st.

Item not delivered although text said out for delivery and three people were home. Mail not delivered until after 5pm package was needed and now will have to wait two days very annoyed
