The rudest woman just "helped" me on the phone. She didnt really feel like helping me, kept trying to ditch me on the phone, and kept sighing when I asked her a question. All I wanted to know was if they had a package for me there. I dont know why she didnt feel like being a post office person today but..it is your job my friend. Be polite, be helpful, and do it. I was kind, I was polite, and I need my package.

People there are nice, but.. one lady there always give me some hard time. I had a big box to send to outside the US, I was very succeful to send the same box in NY and Marlborough - MA. But I couldnt sent it in Hudson, because this lady DOESNT know the allowed measure. I always have to go to another post office to send it, thats ridiculus.

Just moved to the area and Ive never had so many packages say delivered but never were... Ive never had an issue ordering items online and having them delivered but after the 5th package gone missing, I doubt any of the carriers at this location know what they are doing. Beyond frustrated with this location.

People are helpful, efficient and friendly. Its actually a pleasant experience to visit this post office.
