Its a post office. The counter people are knowledgeable and thorough, not always prioritizing speed over making sure even the least prepared person gets the right product. Some handy tips: - Avoid the line for the counter if you can do the shipping from the automated kiosk - Get eye contact with someone and indicate youre just dropping off and theyll usually grab the package next -if you see anyone poking their head out of the half door, they can usually handle a package/letter pick up faster than the line

Terrible customer service. I went there with a postcard mailer I had already paid for online. The woman started yelling at me for not including sheets that are not mentioned in the forms. When I told her every other post office in the area had said my mailer was bundled correctly she exploded saying she "went to college for this" and that she wasnt paid to argue with me. It was embarrassing and a big waste of time considering every other post office had me in and out in 30 seconds.

Cant speak for everyone, but those Ive interacted with at this post office have been unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and down right rude. Guess there is an upside and downside to every town. Ill take this small blemish over the better things this town has to offer.
