Frank has done an excellent job in my house. My water heater started a bad leak. I called several places, he was the only one who responded right away. He was in my house in 15 minutes to check out the situation. The job was completed neatly and professionally, in about three hours (including a warehouse run). The price was more then fair, right down the middle of the already low estimated range. I would call him again in a heartbeat.

Frank gets the job done!! He replaced our water heater on the weekend when it started to leak. We called him at 5pm on a Saturday. He came over immediately, gave us a written estimate, and went right to work. His price was as promised, his work was fast and clean. He is the plumber you want! I just had him over again, another water heater in my rental property went, speedy service, on time on budget!

Finding an honest, really good plumber is a find! We have that in Frank Formica. He does everything and always gives a range of solutions to a problem to give us options for what way to go. We really like how fast he responds when we call, and he also works efficiently and cleans up once hes done with the repair. Not to mention, his prices are always fair and hes just a great guy.

We have a big old house we own with another family and need lots of crusty little (and not so little) jobs; drains, old taps, old pipes, old tile bathrooms with fixtures from the 40s, etc. Frank is always there when we need him. He gets to know the house and works efficiently and charges a reasonable rate for excellent work.
