It is true that you can expect a prompt response from the company, but if you are ordinary home owner, stay away. This company use to work with organizations and pricing is made appropriately. If you think that replacement of the washing machine valve should take 3 hours ( they are charging per hour) and should cost $860, then you can hire them. To be honest, yes, it was emergency call on Sunday ( which was charged for $250 only for Sunday visit), but still, the price charged for the work done, was way over the top. Needless to say, when I called back trying to re-negotiate this invoice, no one will return your call.

I work in the private school environment where expectations and demands are high all the time. I have worked with Freiner Company for many years and they have always exceeded our expectations. When called for any type of emergency (which most of our work is) the only answer I have come to expect is "Im on my way" That is invaluable to me. You cannot go wrong with Freiner.
