Response time was very good. Work was excellent. Had several small repairs to be made which they handled efficiently and professionally. The only negative was the bill. They were here for approximately 2 1/2 hours and charged $395.00 in labor plus parts for a total bill of $507.77. The work involved replace a leaky bathtub spindle, add an adapter for another bathtub spout, attach two tub handles and backing plates to the already existing plumbing, fix a kitchen sink leak by tightening the already in place plumbing, and attaching two sink stoppers. In my opinion $395.00 for 2 1/2 hours of work is excessive. I would not call this plumbing company again.

Last winter, when my tenants caused havoc in my house by turning off the heat in the zone where all the water pipes were, I called Turinese. I had called nearly every plumber on town, but he was the only one who would come and help. They came the same day, and repaired 15 pipes that wound up bursting. They stayed until the job was done, and were professional and courteous. Also, they explained everything they were doing every step of the way. I will be calling them again for any of my plumbing needs!

Good place to go if you want a useless plumber who needs to take breaks every time he does anything. Maybe you should retire if youre too slow to properly work.
