I am a contractor/carpenter in the Needham area and I have been using Oz for all my plumbing needs for years. Oz was referred to me by my aunt for a leaky pipe I had in one of my rental properties. I now live in that house and I can say that since I bought the place (about 10 yrs ago) Ive used Oz plumbing exclusively. Things that stand out about Oz service are their reliability and response time. They will save you when you really need it. Once I had pipes burst on a Saturday night and they were all over it immediately. When an abrupt plumbing crisis like that occurs, having Ozs number can save you from water damage which = $$$ and with Oz you know the jobs going to get done properly. Their prices are very reasonable given the quality of workmanship. Ive also brought Oz in on some contracting projects when plumbing work was required. I continue to use Oz for all my plumbing needs, both personal and commercial. If youre looking for the peace of mind a reliable plumbing service will provide look no further.

I am using OZ for my major plumbing projects. I am DIY guy, but for major projects I prefer to use licensed business. His charges are inline with other plumbers, but the service difference is huge! First of all, he explains everything he is doing (very important to me because my DIY side wants to know everything). Then the way he does things - I have a feeling that he is doing it for his own house - very meticulous attention to details and no "cutting corners". Bath remodeling was a huge success (on time and most importantly, on budget!). I also followed his recommendations for toilet selection and we are glad we did - no flushing issues since (we had toilet flushing issue at least twice a month before). Give OZ a try - I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

He is friendly, informative, professional and just excellent at what he does. He fixes the issue, explains the cause(s) and how to avoid it in the future. He is down to earth, polite and helpful and I feel lucky to have found him years ago as now there is no stress, anxiety or guess work involved in getting my plumbing, heating and gas issues resolved. I called OZ for help after reading his other reviews, spoke to Oleg, and within a minute we diagnosed the problem over the phone, I was able to take care of the problem quickly and myself, with a few tips from him, free of charge. I know I will call OZ for all my plumbing and heating issues in the future. A+ service, highly recommended!!

I own a restaurant in Brighton, MA. I had a few problems with another "company" before -called for an emergency, guy showed after 3 days-. Recently I had another nasty plumbing issue and I called OZ. They have quickly attended to multiple plumbing needs I have had over the past year, such as installing a new toilet, installing and re-piping a new laundry machine, and unclogging a sink drain. It is tough to find great plumber! I tried 2 plumbing companies before I was recommended OZ plumbing. I am using them just under 3 years now - so far so good. Charges are fair, job quality is superb, and they are always available when you need them most (even late night and weekends). Now if I could find a great electrician :)

Oleg is very reliable. I call, he comes.responds quickly to emergencies. He is very versitile- he can do large jobs (steam, heat), or smaller jobs (bathtubs, drains etc. ). I have used him for all of the above and I have always been satisfied with his work. His prices are very reasonable.
