I have had memberships at several gyms over the years and Summit Bedford compares favorably to every place I have been to. Tu put it simply, I do not have anything negative to say about it. It definitely has a high-end boutique feeling to it, the facility is always extremely clean and the staff is both friendly and professional. Their monthly membership gives you a lot of flexibility, since you are not tied up for a full year. The equipment is top-notch and you never have to wait for a treadmill, a machine or a shower. I have also tried personal training there and was fully satisfied. Overall, I strongly recommend this place.

While the gym was good, their billing included a sleezy practice. If you are paying month to month (no contract) like I was, you must cancel MONTHS in advance or they bill you. A common but VERY SLEEZY practice which very much stains their image. OK, yes, this sleezy requirement to give notice months in advance is buried in their fine print but _why_ do they need months of notice? Its not like a vacation rental or anything which is holding a reservation.

Summit is a truly wonderful gym, with an attentive staff that is both friendly and professional. In addition to being a member, Ive been lucky enough to be a personal training client off and on for several years and I have never found the time I spent with any other trainer to be as productive as my time with Summit staff. I have and will continue to recommend Summit to friends in the area.

Always clean and well kept. Very convenient for those who live/work near by. Managers are very helpful regardless if its fitness or membership related. Only downside is the price for a membership.. Very high for what they offer (gym and classes only). Even though it was pricey, I only discontinued my membership due to an injury that requires surgery.

After an issue I YELPED and gave a Summit a bad review. Before reading this post Jesse pro-actively reached out to me and cleared up my concerns. I greatly appreciated that great customer service. Ive belonged to many gyms who could careless if you leave. I would recommend this gym well run, clean and great equipment. Thanks Jesse.. Gak.

This is the BEST gym I have ever belonged to. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The gym is immaculate ALL the time! The group fitness schedule is fantastic! Lots of classes throughout the week! Have been a member at Summit Health and Fitness for FIVE years now and would recommend this to gym to anyone!!

I am from South Africa and only managed to train at Summit once . While I know the owners I found the gym to be perfect in every department . Staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anybody. Great environment to get and keep fit. Thank you Phil and Jesse.

The gyms equipment is great and staff is friendly. However, their early morning classes are not very good, Im afraid. They could greatly benefit from hiring somebody younger that could make classes more energetic and challenging.
