Brian (the B in B. Cummings) has been cutting my hair on and off (off while I was living on the West Coast) for 30 years. He is innovative, adorable, and fair in his pricing structure. This is a one-stylist no-frills environment but I dont give a flying fig about ambiance and trendiness when it comes to the salon itself. The quality of the cut/color and the stylist are whats important to me and frankly, anyone who gets their hair cut somewhere just so they can say "I get my hair cut at..." is a moron. 5 stars to B Cummings.
