The witch they have as a cashier (you know which one Im talking about the red head with the long nails and nose) appears to have selective customer service. What I mean by that is she chooses to greet and smile at one and not other. She seems to be miserable if you ask me. Why work with the public if you dont know how to communicate and deal with the public. I work in the mall and would go here everyday. I cannot deal with her attitude anymore Id rather drive to panera bread.

The food was good, but the staff was horrible. Not all of them though. I would say my cashier I had was absolutely rude. Ordering there was absolutely stressing and so much pressure was put on me. I dont believe I would eat there again. I didnt feel welcomed or comfortable at all. And it really sucks because I enjoyed the food. 2 stars.

This Au Bon Pain at South Shore Plaza is well kept, but a very old location. Staff just alright, but nothing grand... I love all of there things and would love to try more options! I would recommend their Ham and Cheese Croissant! Average place, but with great meals!
