THIS IS AN HONEST COMPANY...VERY EFFICIENT AND THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I DONT KNOW WHAT I WOULD OF DONE WITH OUT THEM....ON THE WEEKEND MY WHOLE HOUSE WAS FLOODING AND THEY WERE THERE IN 15 MINUTES AND LET ME TELL YOU, THEY WORKED SO HARD FOR THEIR MONEY TO HELP ME. I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT THEY WERE DOING BUT TO MY SURPRISE THEY WERE VERY FAIR AND REASONABLE. THANK GOD FOR THIS COMPANY WHO TOOK OVER AND RELIEVED ME OF MY WORRIES....ESPECIALLY BOB...THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!

We were referred to Drain Remedy from our plumber to help snake our drains. Bob came out the very next morning and was awesome. We knew we were in good hands with him. He did more than what was asked of him just because he wants to help people out. He was efficient, affordable, and he cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend reaching out to them and will use them again when we need to! Great service and affordable prices!

Absolutely awful!!!! Extremely unprofessional. They scam people who dont know too much about this stuff. Even the person I called for a second opinion said that they scammed me. If you want your house ruined this is the place to call. This company is a big joke! Awful customer service! Definately go with a different company.
