I needed immediate assistance. Its now been three weeks and I never heard back. Luckily we got a call back from a local person and we are all set. We had a heating issue that required a plumber and when I called the girl who answered acted surprised that I would need a plumber for that.i had a feeling I would not hear back. I doubt she even did anything with my info once she told me someone would call be back shortly.

Our water heater was definitely broken. It was giving off this bad smell, we had rusty colored water and we were definitely not going to take a shower under those circumstances. I called their contact center, spoke to Lisa, and she gladly assisted me. She sent over Randy to check on our heater, and he did the job well. Now were back to having hot baths and clear water. Thank you.

Jamaica Plain is clearly listed as a service area on their website, and its only 2 miles from their address, but when I called I was told they dont service this area and they wont give a reason. If you dont service this area then dont listed it on your website and waste customers time!

I called Plumbers 911 last week for a problem with our sump pump. Their operator was helpful and connected me to one of the plumbers in their network right away. Service was fast and I was definitely not overcharged. Will definitely call them again!

I’ve had my share of bad experiences with plumbers. They say they’d come but arrives awfully late. Plumbers 911 IS DIFFERENT! They arrived less than an hour after I’ve said my complaint and fixed my heater immediately.
