Tom called me back within a half hour of doing the job and realized where there was a miscommunication. He will be coming by to finish the job. I will update again when/if the job is done correctly. Initial Review: One Star Tom was prompt but very disorganized. In addition his poor English resulted in me paying way too much money to have him cut a pipe and put a cap on it. A job that took less than 10 minutes.

Overall really impressed. Had a pipe burst that ran inside the wall, Billy was here within the hour, gave me a good price, nice respectful guy, did a great job, didnt leave any mess or nonsense. Never felt like I was being taken for a ride over the price or service. I would recommend and will be calling them in the future for any other plumbing needs.
