DISHONEST Needed a wheel bearing replaced. They quoted me a total price of $300. I left the car there and when I got home they called me and told me they misquoted me and now the part alone was going to be $400. $540 total. I checked on-line and found the parts for way less. When I told them not to fix it, they told me that they already took it apart and wouldnt be able to get it back together again without a new bearing. Then they told me they would call around to see if they could find a better price and would call me right back. 2 1/2 hours later they called to tell me it was all set. I get there and was indeed charged $540. They knew I needed other work done after getting the wheel bearing fixed and should have known that the smart business decision would have been not to charge me for the labor and $25 "shop supples" since they werent going to honor their quote. I then would have felt like it was an honest mistake instead of feeling like Ive been taken for a ride. P.S. I just noticed that the only positive review within the past year is from Henry Williams who works at Midas. Like I said, DISHONEST.

Went in the morning to get two rear shocks replaced - takes less than a half hour to do - told me that the lift wasnt available yet. So I came back at 1, as they told me to. I understand previous jobs can take longer, so I didnt mind waiting but then someone who had an appointment at 1:30 was taken care of before me. I waited for an hour, then I just got back in my truck and drove off. Poor customer service! Back to Meineke

I have been a loyal customer for years. I needed front rotors and brake pads and I was charged $450. I had several people politely tell me I was overcharged, so I called around to other local garages and my quotes were a lot less. I am so disappointed. You have lost a life long customer.

They did a rear bushing that I had unsuccessfully tried to fix for a few months at various mechanics.. Joel + staff are knowledgeable and awesome and I left paying $100 less than originally quoted...(How many times does that happen)... Excellent Job....

My car broke down on the highway and was towed to Midas. They officially close at 5:30 but they worked until 6:15 repairing my car and charged a reasonable amount. All of the staff I talked with were courteous, even after closing.

mr.odonnell is incorrect in his statement.he was never charged for a tire rotation.he was apologized to for the error but I guess he uses pencils with no erasers.

They offer great services at decent prices. I go there every 5000 miles to get my oil changed and have never had an issue.
