Horrible experience. Will never buy another used vehicle! Quite a few years back my boyfriend went in looking for a truck. We didnt have much time. He found one he liked, told them he would come back with down payment on a certain date. When he showed up to buy it, THEY HAD SOLD IT. So he bought the other one he had also looked at, but definitely wasnt his first choice. I know part of it is our fault for not spending the time and looking around, but we didnt have the luxury of time. Im not sure if they knew this or what was going on. But they didnt even clean the truck, inside or out. It was filthy. They were supposed to fix the A/C, which they did but after bringing it home we realized something was wrong with the heat as well. Which they ended up fixing because we pretty much forced them too. They were supposed to fix a crack in windshield, but did not. And they never told us the roof was covered in rust. Which we saw when we got up on our front porch after bringing it home. We have put ATLEAST the same amount of money we paid for the truck into repairs. Had to get a brand new engine TWICE! Truck has electrical problems, engine problems, heating/cooling problems. And like I said I feel partly responsible for not having someone we trusted look at it before buying, but we were in a bind and going on blind faith. Stupid. Never again. I just can not believe with how many problems weve had with it that they didnt know about atleast some of it. I could never re-sell this truck to someone knowing what we have gone through with it. Do yourselves a favor and read some of the reviews first.

Cant believe I had my girlfriend and new born driving this ford edge that was supposed to have brakes done before purchase. Since we took it away Ive put new pads and rotors, the radiator fluid was 95% water, thanks to ashley ford noticing that before winter we still have something to show for the $17,000+ car we bought. Now its 2 ball joints and a U joint on a car weve put under 8,000 miles on. Thanks RRR Auto, how did you know that being a contractor 24/7 meant I love fixing a car we bought to avoid doing...SUPER Joke, if i didnt respect my ladys parents enough Id been there in your face with papers

Customer service is always the heart of every business. As a small business owner, I have learned when dealing with the public, no matter what line of work, customer satisfaction should always be your number one goal. Going to RRR Auto for something as simple as an inspection sticker should not make one feel uncomfortable or intimidated. I should have known by reading the reviews on google not to come here. The woman at the front desk was rude and didnt show any interest in helping with questions and concerns I had with my vehicle. Luckily it was only a $35 lesson to never return.

I havent personally bought a vehicle from this place, but I know people who have, and Ive been there once to check out a vehicle. Not only do these guys charge exorbitant rates for used cars, regardless of condition or mileage, but they also wont fix any issues with the cars they sell until after a purchase is made. A friend of mine bought a truck from this place that had a shitload of problems, and had to go back with a list of what was wrong with it. Bottom line, do not purchase anything from these guys. I would give this place a zero star rating if it was possible.

SCAM ARTIST. Big mouths, attitudes, this place blows. Read the other reviews. Its a dieing family business. Do not buy their crap vehicles. Read the other reviews and shop anywhere else!!!! Unless your into that really horrible car buying experience.
