I had 2 bad experiances with this place...I swore to never go back after the first incident but got a recall letter and since it was a recall I figured what the hell Its the closest dealership. The recall said it should only take about 1 1/2 hours to fix. I needed a new tire pressure monitor as well $160 (crazy) so they were doing both. I dropped my truck off at 8:30 am. I got a call at 11:30 am saying my tires were really bad and they could replace them for $816 dollars and I should really do them. Its a 2009 truck um no thanks they are fine and after a quick google search I can replace them cheaper. The lady informed me she would call me back when its done. I cant believe how long they take and how for the second time it went in for something and they said I needed more work done than what I brought it in for....so I agree with the other comments...this place sucks and I dont recommend it to anyone. I will also drive further to get anything else done in the future. F Hiller Dodge....and so much for an hour and a half....

I brought a 2005 crossfire to Hiller dodge car would not pass inspection for nothing. Brought the car to multiple places including a top notch dealership no one could figure out the problem. Then through a recomendation brought it to Hiller Dodge they had the car for one day fixed the problem went to pick the car up very respectful professional staff. Not the fact that they were the only dealership with mechanics knowledgable to fix the car they did it for very low cost.......Highly recommended the place is great will never take my car any where else thanks guys!!!!!!!!!!! Five star rating all day long!!!!!!!!!

I dealt exclusively with Steve and Will from the service department - and was completely blown away by their professionalism, expertise, and customer service. Not only did the both of them answer every question and concern I had, but they displayed in-depth knowledge combined with a superior commitment to customer service. I have never had such a level of service anywhere, and could not be more thankful that I chose Hiller Company. In the future, I will go nowhere else but here. Cannot express enough how impressed I was.

I havent even brought my car in yet, but Im nervous after reading the reviews. I just want it to be put on the machine to see whats wrong with it. Right off the bat, Im disappointed by the fact that I have to wait 3 weeks! I dont know what to do, but everything has just stopped working on the car....it runs but all the electronic equipment has shut down.

Sales staff is great but the lack of knowledge in the service department is scary. I took a Chrysler there for a loud squeak in the wheel to which they replied that Chrysler says it was acceptable without even looking at it. I took the car to another dealer and it turned out to be a wheel bearing. For service dont waste your time go elsewhere.
