After looking at EVERY used car dealer and roadside lot from Hyannis to Marion for a good used vehicle that fit my size, price-range and taste, I knew when I stopped at 508 Sports and Luxury at Mattapoisset that it would by my last stop. The service is extremely friendly without being at all pushy or fake (and the cars are top notch and the most reasonably priced I found). Every question I had on every vehicle that I was interested in was answered honestly and accurately. Kevin helped me get financing at a much lower APR than other dealerships had offered me and I bought a 2009 Nissan Rogue which I love. I have always been a big-block American made car driver, this is my first import or 4 cyl. vehicle ever, but it is a great ride, in great shape, and i got it at a great price (again, I have shopped around extensively)! There was a minor flaw (broken plastic on the gear shift knob) which I was told that the replacement part had already been ordered and after I took ownership I discovered a faulty tire pressure sensor which couldnt have been detected without driving the car for a while. I brought the Rogue in a week later and the repair work was done at not cost to me. I had a garage give it a once-over and was advised that I needed new rear brakes; the mechanic at 508 showed me that the brakes were in fact fine but the owner insisted on replacing them anyway saying "you showed concern and we want you to be 100% satisfied!" I couldnt be more pleased with 508 S&L, I have complete confidence in their integrity and mechanical expertise and they will be the only service center I use in the future. Thank you so much once again for getting me into the right car at the right price!

Sold me a vehicle in poor condition. Stated the ac was arctic cold. After test drive I noticed it wasnt that cold. Kevin (owner) agreed to fix the problem, which supposably his mechanic did fix. (Still having problems with the ac) Not to mention the side mirror was cracked, he also said he will ship out a replacement. Ive waited 8 months and still havent received anything. After calling few days a week for 2 months to confirm shipment I gave up. He made up lies like, "its on back order" or "I shipped it out already." He even had other people answer the phone and say hes on vacation. Also stated he changed the oil and gave it a tune up before sale, when I took it to the mechanic the engine oil was black!! Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Be careful and be aware if you decide to buy from this dealer.

with going to numerous dealerships that will say anything to take your money, it was nice to finally find a dealership thats about the customer. I purchased my first car from 508 sport & luxury in 2014, and Ive been a returning customer since then. Every car has been in tremendous shape, and lasted a long time. If there were ever an issue Kevin and his mechanic always go above and beyond to help me out. I recommend his service to anyone that wants a reliable car thatll last them for years.
