I finally bought my first car, a 2001 Saab convertible, this past Spring. While I love my little used car, I inevitably find things wearing down or needing to be replaced as the months go on. Every time I call panicking about a light, a noise, a leak--whatever, Specialized Auto usually has an answer for me on the phone. And they fix it next day, or sometimes, in a few minutes. Their prices are lower than other mechanics in town and they know Saabs better than any of them. I also appreciate how, despite my obvious lack of knowledge about cars, theyll take me into the shop and explain what they fixed or changed, rather than having me just sign a slip and go. Definitely will keep returning! Thanks guys!

Marc consistently delivers on service and parts come out of his own yard most of the time making it a win/win all around. He knows the brand so well he can usually tell you what you are about to finish saying --- as hes standing there with the part and that fun smile of his. Honest as can be and just doing his thing - its not a pleasure to see things break but, its not like visiting is a bad thing!

Mark is an incredible mechanic, with an incredible inventory of SAAB parts. If you have a SAAB, and live in the Cape Ann area, you should be taking your car to Specialized Auto!

Mark and his team are honest Saab experts. They are flexible and usually offer good deals on quality used parts. I couldnt imagine a better place to take my Saab.
