I have been a memeber for almost 3 years even though I have not gone to the gym for over 2 years. I have been trying to cancel my membership for a year now. I first called to find out if I can go to other locations and they told me that I could not . I am paying 19.99 a month. I found this funny because I hung up the phone and called back pretending that I wanted prices on a memebership and they told me for 10.00 a month I could go to any location I wanted. isnt that interesting? in the first few months they charged me on my credit card and my checking account both so in the first 3 months I was paying 40 a month not 19.99. and it took me calling the billing company everyday for a month before I could get any money back. I just called and told them that I wanted to cancel my membership and they told me that I have to come in and talk to the manager. what do you bet they will try to talk me into keeping my membership!!! and I didnt find this place to be all that clean. I would have to clean all the machines before I used them because they were so dirty! and I think I was the only one who cleaned them when I was done!!! If youare thinking about this place STAY AWAY

-THE PERSONAL TRAINING IS A SCAM. DO NOT SIGN UP! -The 2 jasons, biggest scam artists out there -The contract locks you in for 1 whole yr...no one tells you that -The free training session lasts longer than the real sessions which are only 30 mins long. The trainer who does the free session will not be the same one you work with once you sign up. -No part of the contract will be explained to you and for good reason....no one would ever sign up otherwise. -Any issues you have along the way after you sign the contract, no one cares at all. And why should they, its too late to save yourself anyway -I worked with my trainer for 3 months, no results! -I tried to terminate my contract early and now they want $700 early termination fee (no one tells you abt the fees!) -Now i have collection agencies harassing me all day -IF YOU FEEL THE NEED FOR A PERSONAL TRAINER, BUY A WORK OUT VIDEO.

I highly disagree with the review posted by Elijah. I have been going to this gym for over two years and I have never found any of the equipment broken for an unlimited time frame and not repaired. There may be a treadmill out of commission for a few days but there are so many it is no big deal. Like with any other gym...there are popular times and days that are more crowded than other times. This location has great classes and the personal trainers (the ones you pay for...remember you get what you pay for) are great. I would recommend this gym to anyone who asks. Stop by and make a judgement for yourself. Like any other business they are in business to make money and yes you can push to get no money down and 19.99 a month. As a consumer get the best deal you can get. The family add on feature is great. Day care is available and the staff and friendly and helpful.

I went there for 2 years I have the platinum membership I have 3 kids and would bring them to the daycare at first the daycare was good but then they switch stuff and I didnt enjoy how they didnt watch the children. They yell at them and really dont have any experience most of them with kids it probably dont help that the amount of kids in the office some of the work out classes is on the real they would also have their favorite kids that came in and treat them differently I didnt feel welcomed and my kids didnt like it either when I started going there they had at least 5 yoga classes a week at different times so I could manage to make it with my schedule then they switched it down to only two a week so that is when I called it quits the daycare had been getting worse over the months and then that happened and I was completely turned off

This place is an absolute joke. I have never seen an establishment run so horribly. I have been a member there for years and have seen them go through more than 5 managers. It is extremely difficult to get anything done. I know that after years of being a member so I know now to follow up after I do something the first time. The fact that I know I have to do things multiple times to get it done is pathetic. Recently they painted the inside of the gym, but the bathrooms have been being “renovated” since I joined years ago. I am tempted to contact the local board of health for the condition of the restrooms. I understand that I am only paying $20 a month, but they have hundreds of members and are making money off of us! There is no reason why everything needs to be so unprofessional and thrown together.

I have been going to this gym for almost 3 years and i love it. i have a platinum membership and pay $19.99 a month. I get FREE tanning, FREE classes and FREE daycare for my son. Staff in the daycare are great with the kids and very friendly. Unfortunately, Staff on the floor or at the service desk are less then enthusiastic but not rude and can always answer any question i have. The gym and bathrooms are clean and very well kept. Depending on the day or time i go, it can be busy but it has enough machines that i very rarely have to wait. The womens only room is great if i dont feel like working out infront of people. The Zumba class is SOOO much fun. I enjoy going to this gym :) I dont recommend the personal trainers though.

The Manager on Duty in the Fall River Location is very rude and not customer oriented. I have been a Platinum member for many years and I have never been treated in such a disturbing manner. The very first time I brought a guest in was today 6/27/17. During class she walked in and told my sister she couldnt stay in the class. First of all it was embarrassing in front of all my friends and for my sister. I am have been trying to call corporate and of course they wont answer the phone. Very disappointed in the way we were treated. The WOW in Taunton is much better and nicer management. Also much cleaner. The bathrooms are disgusting in Fall River and so is the entrance.

Female dirty blonde haired manager is an uneducated, classless woman. Shes condescending and rude. Yells at kids for deadlifting heavy weight.. and scolds them by saying she can do the same weight with out making noise. I recently was told I could not have my gym bag on the floor. My gym bag was not in the way and I only carry work out accessory equipment. I asked the female manager if I could place my gym bag behind the desk due to the fact that I dont have a lock for a locker. I was given attitude by the manager and the front desk attendant about placing my gym bag behind the desk to finish my work-out. I will not be returning to this facility in the future.
