The only regret I have is that I wish I had used Carmel Movers for my last 3 moves! This is a top notch Company! The manager Ivan was very knowledgeable & patient to answer all the many questions I had. He was extremely courteous, friendly and professional. After speaking with him, I KNEW I was making the right choice. Lets face it, theres dozens of moving companies but Carmel puts them all to shame. The 3 men that moved me worked very proficiently and treated all my items with care. Heck, they even fixed the broken leg on my sofa, the bracket under my bed and a coffee table! I was so grateful! They set up all the furniture in my new place perfectly. Marlon (the supervising mover), even suggested a different bedroom arrangement that gave me more space and looked better than what I had planned! He even assisted me with putting on my decorative matress sham and then the mattress over it carefully so it wouldnt shift. At this point they had to be completely exhausted but didnt rush me at all! Oh, and I wasnt completely packed as I should have been and they didnt complain one bit. They just did their job completely and professionally! I will definitely recommend Carmel Movers to everyone!

We hired Carmel Movers for our most recent move. Couldnt be happier with their service. They charge per hour plus travel surcharge and fuel. All packing materials are free including 7 wardrobe boxes so that you can just transfer all hanging clothes/jackets w/o having to pack. They wrap all item very carefully at no extra charge and move you quickly. They bring extra boxes on move day including wardrobes for your use at no extra charge either....very helpful for the last minute items. And they bring boxes in advance if you want.They came in on time and were super careful and fast. They took good care of the flooring (both carpet and wood) in both the source and destination. They dissembled appropriate furniture and put them back.

I had an exceptional experience with Carmel Movers. They were efficient, accommodated all of my moving needs, were very careful with all of my cargo and at the same time all duties were handled with a friendly demeanor. Before they left the new location and before final paperwork was signed they asked me if anything else needed to be done and if I was satisfied. After I left a call was made to me checking in on the status of the move. Before during and after my move Carmel Movers checked in to make sure they had all info needed to get the job done. This company is very professional and I would definitely recommend them to folks that need movers. In fact I already did. :)

One of the great things about Carmel Movers is that you dont have to be "moving" to use their services. I needed to have several pieces of heavy, large furniture moved from different rooms in my home to other rooms. Three polite, respective and incredibly strong young men showed up on time at my home...and in short order moved everything that I needed to have moved without scratching or damaging anything. I am so impressed with them and so grateful to know that I have a company like this at my disposal to call again in the future (and I will be!!!)

I highly recommend Carmel Movers. The Customer Service Manager (Ivan) was fantastic; he kindly and happily adjusted to our schedule that had to change several times, and provided lots of details about the quote and the process. The Movers were also excellent: prompt, careful, polite, extra helpful and efficient! And the final charge was less than the estimate! This was a temporary move while we have work done on house, and we will definitely call on Carmel when we move back! If you are moving, I suggest you call them too!

I would highly recommend Carmel Movers. The men were very polite and very careful of our belongings and the surroundings.All the furniture was padded and shrink wrapped. They obliged my wife with removing the mattress so she could install the ruffle.After the truck was packed, the new owners asked for our kitchen table and chairs. No problem.Since they had to return for a few more items. They unloaded at our new house , loaded up the table and chairs and delivered them back to the old kitchen. Fabulous customer service.

I have moved many times in my life. Carmel Movers are incredible! They packed and wrapped our furniture beautifully, did not stop working until the move was completed, and they did so with cheerful smiles and comments that really helped reduce the stress that moving inevitably brings. Their quote was also significantly lower and much more transparent than several other companies we had in for estimates. My parents will be moving soon, and I will definitely be using Carmel Movers again. Theyre awesome!

Carmel Movers worked very efficient and were very flexible to our changing needs. I cant stress enough how wonderful this team was in planning and executing our 3 phase move which included (1) partial move out during the sale of our previous home, (2) temporary storage and then (3) move into the new home. Carmel Movers moved my office from Framingham to a new location in Ashland. We have 4 work stations, conference table, computers, printers, large format printer, etc. They carefully wrapped everything. Not only did everything make it to the new location without any damage, but they did all of this in just a half day. They were true professionals. We used Carmel movers recently for our move from Wayland to Framingham. They were absolutely the best! I received a quote the first time I called with a simple process. The movers showed up on time and ready to go. They worked their butts off. We had to make two trips to get all our junk and I wasnt fully done packing. They never lost their sense of humor or steam. I would definitely use them again!

Excellent experience downsizing from a 5000 sq ft home to a city apartment. The office staff was very responsive to questions and did a great job planning ahead for 3 stops with multiple drop offs. The estimate provided was accurate and very reasonable - no surprises. The moving team was courteous, careful, efficient, and pleasantly accommodated last minute requests. Great company.
