I recommend everyone to become a AAA member. I have auto insurance through them and thank God! I got into a car accident and they were there to assist me throughout the process and even help me get a new car. The process was easy and effortless. I also recently bought tickets for a cruise for my family and I and they spent the time to look for all the possibilities for a fair price for all the events I wanted in my vacation. I love my AAA center in Haverhill and recommend everyone to stop by. Also they will tell you deals that not everyone knows, like being able to buy movie tickets with AAA for a cheaper price than the movie theater! Great deal for big families!

AAA Haverhill provided me with excellent help in planning my upcoming road trip and saved me a lot of money finding me the best rates for my rental car. Staff is very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I certainly will not waste my time trying to make trip arrangements myself by surfing the internet for hours again. I was able to arrange for my car rental, get my driving directions mapped out with up to the minute information on road construction to avoid and tour books all in about 20 minutes. A great experience!

My experience at the Haverhill AAA went just as it should have, unlike the very bad experience that happened at the Newburyport office. Evidently from my experience at the Newburyport AAA office, loading funds is not the easiest thing in the world for them to accomplish. After several failed attempts there I finally gave up with Newburyport and went to Haverhill where they could get the job done correctly and without any hassle.

I dealt with the large AAA office in Lawrence for many years before they were relocated to a not very welcoming mini-mall. I recently moved into the area and was very pleased to visit the Haverhill AAA office. Easy to find, plenty of parking, and a very friendly and helpful staff. In this era of "on-line" everything, it was pleasant to do business the old fashioned, personal way.

i have recently used aaa a couple of times for automotive issues. I was very happy with the service--once for a tow and the other was running out of gas. Both times the aaa technician arrived, did the necessary towing or refueling---- and they were knowledgable and polite. Ive been a member since around 1981 and it is truly an amazing organization. Could not be without it!

Alway had trouble driving to and aroud Radnor, PA to visit daughter. Visited my local AAA club to request driving directions and hotel reservations. What a relief. travel time was reduced by 1.5 hours (not lost) and the recommended hotel was around the corner from my daughters residence. I will use AAA for my upcoming trip to Charlotte, NC to visit family this summer.

AAA is the Best.Been a member since 1991.Best Dollar you can spend.Whether it is Travel Info,Roadside assistance,or any of the other services they offer.Anybody who leaves home without it is a fool.I have got my kids into it as well.The Plus is the way to go,they will tow you almost anywhere for nothing.Cheap,Cheap Investment that pays in spades.

Very helpful, were able to get foreign currency in just a couple of days. We were able to get a map of the country and they even had converters for overseas outlets so we could recharge all our electronic devices at a very reasonable price. Thank you for thinking of everything!
