GO ELSEWHERE !! We sat in front of our agent "Tracey" and literally pointed to the place we wanted to stay in. We got the "oh yah sure" line. We got the the hotel and the room wasnt the one we were suppose to get! Now please realize my wife was SO excited to get this suite she pointed out to Tracey and when she saw the room Tracey booked she began to Cry.... NOT a great way to start!!. I called the agency and of course Tracey wasnt there, Instead The owner was there and he was NOT helpful nor cared about our needs. ONLY defensive / Argumentative / Arrogant WE RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE WHERE YOU WILL PROBABLY GET AN AGENT WHO LISTENS WHEN YOU BOOK AND PEOLPE TO MAKE SURE YOUR VACATION IS A GREAT ONE....TRACEY DROPPED A CANNON BALL ON US ! We PAID to get the upgrade ourselves. We saved our vacation and it was agreat one due to US. P.S. We havent heard a word from the Agency to apologize !! for what she did.

My husband & I were introduced to P & H Travel through friends of mine and I couldnt be happier to have found them! We usually work with Ellen and she is awesome! She has arranged numerous caribbean vacations for us and everything has always worked out flawlessly!! We recently went to Jamaica with a group of 12 people, Ellen found us the best deal and set everything up for us so we could all be together! She made everything completely stress free...I have gone the route of trying to go online and do everything on my own - nothing compares to having someone take care of everything!! Last trip I took to Vegas for business was rushed. Phil (the owner) booked a last minute flight and got me onto a red eye on the way home. After a long day, I did not necessarily want a red eye flight. Phil looked into a late check out and when that was not available, but he was able to book me an extra night for less money. He said this way I could go back to the room, take a nap and pack without a big rush, eat dinner and get to the airport in plenty of time after my afternoon meeting was over. I never would have thought to book the extra night and check out at 11:00 pm. Great attention to detail and good advice won this customer.

The vacations were both top notch thanks to his input and suggestions! My son has used him twice this year to book vacations for large groups to Punta Cana and the Boston to Bermuda cruise and has been extremely pleased. He provides terrific service! Terrible place to do business. Deceitful practices. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission on 3/22/17. I will never book through P & H Travel or Fun jet Vacations again. Tracy and Phil should be ashamed of themselves!
