Brain was very helpfully however the blonde ladie who yelled at me from across the room was not. Signed on for the first time on the app to have package redelivered TO THE POST OFFICE so I can pick it up, the lady yelled at me saying redelivery means to the house she wouldnt even give me the time of day to explain the new system THEY HAVE online ( not my own made up idea).....I know how to read does she honestly think I was going to stand in line picking up a package thats out for delivery? waste my morning and get yelled at ... did she I honestly think that was in my agenda for the day?? Im so mad I dont even care about the package just her customer service. Thank you brain for being human.

Great post office with very helpful staff. Lines can be long since the post-crash cutbacks, but the friendly staff is efficient and obviously skilled. Ive phoned in a couple times about packages and its been a similarly pleasant experience. They used to have a self-serve kiosk for mailing small packages outside desk hours and I wish they still had it, especially with cutbacks-- no idea why its gone. I write this review in part because my experience contrasts so sharply with the horror stories Ive heard from friends dealing with the post office in Brooklyn NYC!!! I guess its in where you live.

F*** hated it ,making mailing way more complicated than other mailing company,sending a 5bl package which is vitamin to China to my dad need fill up a Comercial forms and other whatever forms,and It cost me $130,and a old woman sevice over there is f*** racist, she said thats American way to do this and I got long way to go.the only reason I choose usps to send my package is because I thought they got better service over there.but guess Im wrong. After all that, I decided use other mailing company, same package same mailing days cost me less than $40.and way more easier usps.

I dont have much to say about a government facility like the post office other than to say - tax dollars at work. The place smells like a storage closet. Looks like it hasnt been dusted since whenever they built that place. The staff are ok. Friendly. But then again. Friendly is a relative word. I only go in there at noon time for stamps; stamped envelopes; money orders or to mail something. A few times I expected packages but they were no big deal.
