Constantly have problems with their sorting department. Packages constantly scanned into the post office but dont go for delivery for several days. Worst of all is calling the post office to find help or ask about a package. God help you if you get the customer service rep named Patti, she is utterly clueless and generally angry with you for asking question of the almighty post office. Just had an experience with her on the phone where she informed me my package, which hasnt been delivered or updated in 4 days, should be in the mail today. When I inquired as to what the hold up was she told me "things happen st the post office" LOVE THE TRANSPARENCY.

mailed a package on Tuesday priority mail that was supposed to be delivered to my Grandson on Wednesday. Package tracking said it was delivered at 5:09 PM on Wednesday, it never arrived at his house. I paid over $7.00 for a package that has never been delivered. Is the mail carrier taking the packages since he scanned it in as delivered.I would have not given it any stars but it wouldnt get posted if I did that. Unfortunately I used the wrong address and it did get to that person the following day. Thus I cant blame the USPS.

No matter what time I arrive, there always seems to be a line here at the Arlington Post Office. And recently, Ive noticed theyve converted the street parking spaces on Court Street to paid meters. So now youll pay at least a quarter to drop off your mail, or risk a parking ticket from the fast moving Arlington PD. I DO enjoy their 24 hour self-service shipping/mailing machine. Ive successfully mailed out numerous ebay packages and small gifts to family after 11 pm...when there is no one in the building.

Had my mail delivered at 8:45 this a.m., on a day so snowy that everything is closed (10-14 inches expected) and the governor has asked all non-essential personnel to stay home. Now, at noon, I see the same letter carrier delivering to homes across the street, in high winds and blowing snow. Thank you so much. Its hard to imagine better service.....

Horrible customer service on the phone. I asked to pick up a package at the USPS where it was being held, and I was told no. Because they have "too many packages." Well duh, youre a post office. Then the woman rudely hung up on me. Worst post office Ive ever talked to.

If you park here make sure to pay for at least 45 minutes. The staff is generally friendly but even the simplest package takes 5-10 to send. USPS needs to simplify their mailing system. Its overpriced and makes shipping your last option.
