The first time I went there in my life they lost a very important letter. The workers name was Glenn. I handed him the letter and he nonchalantly tossed it to the side. I thought that was peculiar but didnt say anything because it was my first time there. I figured it was SOP. After about ten days the letter still hadnt got to its destination, so I went back there to inquire and see if maybe theyd replaced it. Of course they had no answers save one - "you should never mail cash". I should be able to mail anything thats legal. Why should it matter? Theyre job is to deliver what I send. Period. Anyway, I asked him what would he do if I handed him a letter to mail. He motioned to his right. I distinctly remember that he tossed the letter I handed him to his left. He denied that of course and said he wouldnt throw it in he trash. Mind you I cant see whats to his left, so I didnt know if it was outgoing mail or trash or whatever. Of course I cant prove it, but its what happened. He then said even if he did that theres people that go through the trash at night so it wouldve been found. It looks like hes on drugs so I wouldnt be surprised if he stole it. Dont do business there.

This is the rudest and slowest post office Ive ever visited. Ive been more than 5 times. Only 3 of the most recent 5 did I accomplish my goal. Twice I left because the staff was so rude. Once I didnt know the zip code of the place I was sending my package. They have computers but they refused to look it up and said "we cant mail it if you dont have the zip code." Another time there were 2 staff and one window open and 15+ people in line. The second staff person was at the counter shuffling things around looking at the line almost daring people to ask why he wasnt open. Go to medford square - that post office rocks.

Boooo! Showed up as they were closing the door; I had to get something post marked today. I understand I got there late. Attempted to ask a question, "are there any other post offices, or if I drop this stamped letter in the box right here, will it get post marked today?"; all I got was the door slammed in my face. Yes, 5PM on the dot, but not 5:01, he could have answered a simple question, I wasnt asking to come in and pack a box and send it to Brazil. Lame. No wonder theyre going broke.

Wow. I cant believe all the negative reviews. I use this post office a lot. The people who work there keep things going. They are friendly and helpful. They dont complain if its 2 minutes to 5pm when they close and there is a line of several people trying to get things mailed last minute. I also like this location because I am often mailing packages and they have 5 min. parking right out front and its fairly easy to get packages from car to counter. Thank you!

I went to the post office today and there was a huge line passing thought the door and only one clerk assisting customers. Why would you only have 1 staff working when there are 20 people on the quote. Thiss awful. People were complaint. Where was the manager? why there was no other Clark available? I waited 20 minutes and the line wasnt moving so I had to leave. Slow service :(

Usually a line, some of the staff is really great and helpful, while others seem to not want to be there or deal with people (usually when it is busy). Overall it is a typical post office and if you to mail something it is a giid place to do it, just do it off hours.

This is my go-to post office. In my experience, they are helpful and efficient. The only time Ive encountered a long line there was a Tuesday morning after a Monday holiday and there was higher than usual number of customers.
