A stinking pile of crap in the larger stinking pile of crap that is the US Postal Service. I needed to access information on a piece of mail that I sent out certified mail. I called the 1-800 number for the USPS, and was told by the (very nice) agent that only the local Post Office would have record of this. I called them and he told me that they dont have any records there. I relayed what the agent in the call center had told me, and his first response was, "I dont know what they are talking about - I dont know why they would have said that." I asked him how it is that they dont keep any records on certified mail, and he said "well, maybe if you come in we could help you." I asked why they could help me in person but not on the phone, and he said "Im really busy right now, I dont have time" and hung up on me before I could say anything else. Our taxpayer money hard at work. Only go here if you want to deal with people that have no desire and feel no responsibility to be courteous or even fulfill their basic job functions. Screw them.

Feb 2nd ,13 days ago I shipped a Priority Mail Package to San Antonio Texas, it never left Cambridge according to the tracking receipt and the inept help at the post office could not find it.But the tracking number repeatedly shows it being there.Save yourself some money and go to the Circus youll get the same results.Just a bunch of Clowns.

Faith: August 16m 2011. This place is the pits. I wanted to send a letter to Glasgow, Scotland. Neither clerk could find Glasgow on the PO computer. I had the full address but that didnt help. One clerk repeatedly asked me for Glasgows "state" or "provincial" to help her locate the place. I guess the PO cant afford grade school grads.

Very unprofessional and rude employee who work at this post office i wish i had his name to report. He wouldnt listen to a customer and keep ranting and admitted that he is a RUDE person. I just hung up because people like him make me not want to use USPS. So annoyed with the customer service. Please do yourself a favor and go to UPS

Very Rude, went there once and havent been back since!! Lost a package and even though it was located at the main carrier facility center according their 800 number, The guy behind the desk ask what it was and said it was only a few ounces and just shrugged his shoulders and proceeded to the person behind me! Very arrogant!!

The lady in the front is so rude. USPS failed to deliver my package, i just went to ask if they could try and track it for me. She kept saying it was the carriers fault. It wasnt, it was usps, I have the tracking number. Usually id let this slide, but not today, im calling your regional office and filing a complaint.

Awful post office, its taken over by commercial package senders, you wait forever while they send 75 packages, rude clerks understaffed avoid at all cost.

Nice little post office. Clerks are helpful but I do wish they had the automated self-help machines for sending out packages or buying stamps.
