These guys are a bunch of hacks that do not know anything about Computers! DONT BRING YOU PC TO THEM! I Went in to buy a windows 7 operating system. because my hard drive crashed. they told me to bring in my pc and the old hard drive in case they could recover the info on it! I told them they would not be able to .. but they insisted they might be able to..I already had a price of 54 buck at best buy for the new hard drive but was having trouble finding the operating system. they told me for 80 bucks and hour they would fix it for me and recover information on my old hard drive... I said no I can do it myself I just need the windows 7..they said.. ok well we will do it all for you for 110 $ including the new hard drive.. so i figured it would be worth it.. for a new hard drive and windows operating system! I told them it was a 64 bit hard drive. I bought it in the next day.. they called me and said we could not fix your hard drive (i told them that the day before) anyway they installed the new hard drive.. a 32 bit hard drive...full of malware and spyware, it was a mess.. I have a CPU cooler, they broke it. I have 16 gigs of memory.. they replaced one 8 meg bar with a dead one so now I only have 8 gigs of memory, and they broke my DVD player.. they did replace that worse experience I ever seen Bunch of hackers I would not trust them to fix a wind up toy!

run the other way. Wanted extra hard drive added to new pc. They told me pc could only have two so they bought external hard drive which when I picked it up was hanging inside my computer by a strap and connected by a cable and they had forced a plug through the vents to the outside. THAT WAS THEIR SOLUTION and it was done without speaking to me first. And it took them two weeks to actually figure out no one had ordered the drive. Took it across the street to Northboro Computer, perfect fix hard drive installed in rack and card added to handle third drive has worked great no problems. Seriously do not go there it was a third grader solution to my problem. And I told them they should have called me to find out if that was an acceptable fix which I would have said dont do it.

I have been to C X twice, once for a hard drive crash and another for a random shut down issues. Jim was extraordinarily helpful both times. I would not think to go anywhere else when my laptop needs repair. I love that I can pay a small fee to have it looked at and determine the cost to fix versus buy a new one rather than having to commit completely. Excellent customer service, great pricing, and very timely.
