First off, Jonathan and Lisa of Computer Care Associates are really wonderful people. They genuinely care about their clients as people, not just as customers, and they put a lot of effort into their working relationships to make sure that they understand their clients’ wants, needs, and ways of working. They work tremendously hard and with great diligence to offer their individual customers quality, timely, cost-effective service within budget. In our case, that’s required some real creative thinking, and a lot of patience, since we’re a nonprofit with a pretty modest budget, a limited number of staff, and honestly little understanding of what our technical needs really are most of the time. They’ve helped us make some wise, really timely decisions that have saved us from technical calamity on more than one occasion. We’re grateful that they really have our backs on the technical stuff and allow us to concentrate on meeting our mission.

Lisa and Jonathan at Computer Care Associates are very knowledgable. My computer needed to be optimized and they made it so simple. Jonathan was able to remotely access my computer and scan it for viruses. He also helped me delete programs from my computer that I was not using. Jonathan also suggested that I add memory. I took my computer into their office and within minutes had new memory installed! While I was there, they also helped me solve an issue I was having with Outlook. I was extremely impressed with their quick response to my needs. My computer starts up faster and runs faster now thanks to Lisa and Jonathan. I feel like I have a brand new computer again! I would highly recommend Computer Care Associates to anyone who is in need of assistance with their computer.

I ran into a sudden mess when transferring my Blackberry provider from one carrier to another. When changing the software to be able to tether my Blackberry to my computer, something went wrong, and I lost the ability to get onto the web from anywhere. After wasting an hour with the phone company, I drove over to Jonathans office. He dropped what he was doing and worked with me and the compuer until he was able to resolve the problem. I would recommend his service to anyone looking for help troubleshooting a problem or for preventative measures before problems arise. Thanks, Jonahan!

Last week my husbands computer wasnt working so he dropped it off at Computer Care Associates and they confirmed it was toast. FYI he bought a cheap laptop at Walmart so he got what he paid for. Jonathan and Lisa promptly purchased a new laptop for him, loaded it with what he needed and BAM, the next day he was up and running. They did the same thing for me a few years ago and Im one happy customer with a fully functioning laptop today. They take the hassle and headache out of the process and minimize the downtime which is critical if you use your laptop for business.

This guy doesnt fix computers. He posts logfiles from them at free online computer help forums and lets them guide him through cleaning them up, at least until they catch on that he is using them for that purpose and he gets banned. People, there is good and free help out there for malware and spyware problems. There is no reason anyone should have to pay for assistance. This guy might be good if you need hardware replaced or the system needs to have the hard drive formatted and Windows reinstalled if youre too scared to do it yourself.

Computers! You either love em or hate em. When they work, I love them. when they dont, I call Computer Care Associates. Jonathon has come to my home and patiently worked on the situation until it was resolved. He has also logged into my computer remotely, which was a real time saver and life saver. Lisa is even more patient and nurturing than Jon when it comes to software. She will demonstrate and instruct until Im totally able to do the tasks on my own. Ive also referred them to friends and knew that I had placed them in competent hands.

Helpful, knowledgeable, straightforward & honest... Computer Care Associates will assess your computers needs, give you a no-nonsense evaluation, correct any issues you might have and make solid recommendations so the problem doesnt return. And depending on the problem/solution, they may even be able to do it for you remotely, saving both time & money in the process. (Nice, huh?) CCA was a great help to me and I would highly recommend them for all your computer needs. -Chazz

John and Lisa at Computer Care Associates take a lot of pride in their business. They have helped me and my friends many times with our desk top, laptop and wireless routers. Jonathan is a master with my computer. Every time I bring it to him he almost just touches it and it is fixed. Computer Care is really great to work with.
