Tdays before I had to leave on a work trip requiring heavy use of my computer when it started to make a louder noise than the baseline buzzing of the fan, and then it completely shut down and wont turn back on. I was teribbly upset b/c I absolutely needed it for my medical work and business trip and it was 10pm a day before I was leaving for Seattle! I googled for possible repair places for the next morning since it was so late but found WangPC site and all the excellent reviews. I was in a panic so I tried calling Martin even though it was so late and he was pleasasnt and available to talk about the problem. He had me bring the computer right over that evening. I told him that I really needed it repaired as I will be using it on my work trip and making presentations on it. He reassured me that he will have it fixed or that he can lend me one of his computers if for some reason he cannot find parts for the repair. The next morning he called at 9am and said that he stayed up late to repair it and since the laptop is an older model and he didnt have the fan available even got it from a colleague. It was amazing service, the computer turned on and didnt make the slightest noise anymore and he even made it run more smoothly and updated it without additional charge. He is extremely professional, well-spoken and knows computer inside and out. If I had known this type of amazing service was just around the corner from me it could have saved me from so many computer disaster over the years. I will definitely be back for additional help/service and refer my husband, colleagues and friends. Thank you Martin for saving my business trip!

I had an accident late at night last week, involving a ridiculously large volume of water winding up on and in my laptop. I let my machine sit turned over and ventilated until the next day, when I was amazed to find that it still worked. Until it didnt: I couldnt get it to boot up anymore, and the battery wouldnt charge. I called WangPC in the evening, and Martin came by in no time at all to pick up my laptop. The following morning, he let me know my data was safe (just barely) but that the motherboard had been ruined. He told me what needed to be done and gave me a price estimate. I asked him to go ahead and have the part shipped overnight, and early the following morning he informed me that he was all done. He dropped my repaired laptop off with me as soon as I was free. Bottom line: He picked up my laptop, diagnosed the problem, kept me informed, checked things with me, got the replacement part, made the replacement, cleaned up the rest of the watery mess, fixed up the keyboard, replaced a screw I had lost and not told him about, resurrected my machine, tested it, dropped it off with me, and made my week, all well within 48 hours. (It would have been much less than that if only I had been awake at a respectable hour to get Martins "Im done" call on morning #2!) The price was fantastic, and it matched Martins estimate exactly. An absolutely lovely guy, and a wonderful job well done. Bravissimo.

I just cannot help thinking how awesome Martin, as well as his service, are!!! His WangPC is not only the best in Boston, but actually the best that I have ever seen! I do not know too much about computers but have a strange habit of keeping buying new notebooks -- so I end up with many half/non-functional ones piling up in my apt... until the time came when I found WangPC and talked to Martin over the phone... He is super knowledgeable and professional and has given me many good suggestions on how to optimize the usage of my giant collections of notebooks. He is super patient and most importantly, he is NOT pushy at all. So you feel very comfortable discussing all possibilities with him and get the best out of it. He is also very updated and has installed newest version of several different software for me. The most important thing is, he is super SUPER nice and sweet!!! I do not have a car and the notebooks are too heavy to carry (yup... I have THAT many....) so Martin drove back and forth to get my computers and send them back. And everything was done so fast!!! You cannot ask for anything more.... oh and lastly but not the least, his price is very reasonable! I highly recommend Martin~ For sure I will let my friends know this --- just wish I got to know him earlier so I probably could have saved even more.... Super happy with his service. will come back (I know.... I have too many computers....)

I cant say enough wonderful things about Martin and his dependable and excellent PC service. I first met my Martin when I dropped my external 1T drive on a hard floor, dropped it hard, and it fried. My bad. I thought there was the possibility that the data could be recovered, and Martin tried to do that, and spent some time with the drive but could not recover anything. He did not charge me a thing for his time, and I told him I would be back. And I was -- back -- when an odd desktop display issue developed on my Dell laptop, and I took it to Martin for service. This time, he not only fixed the issue(s), but made other adjustments and enhancements to my system that made it run smoother and faster. And then just yesterday, Martin took the laptop after I made the incredibly stupid decision of allowing a bogus Adobe Flash upgrade request, which turned out to be nothing but a BIG FAT VIRUS. It did a real number on my system, and Martin took my laptop last night and I picked it up from this morning. Its in great shape, and he added extra virus protections which will keep me, and it, safe for a long time to come. Smart, honest, reliable, knowledgeable, up-to-date, flexible. Martin Wang is all of these things, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thanks, Martin.

Wang PC overcharged me and didnt really fix my computer. instead of investigating the issue they just replaced my HD and put a new operating system on my computer, which, now, two years later, Im being told by Microsoft is counterfeit software. Im confident that all the stellar reviews on here are counterfit as well. When I called up Wang, he was very unprofessional. Wang showed up in a beat up van with his family and put my computer in the back, against my better judgement I went along with it. He brought it back a couple of days later, parked illegally, and complained when I insisted that he come up and stay with me as I started up the system to make sure it worked. It did work, but he over changed me a great deal for basically putting his own software on my computer, which wasnt what I wanted, and on top of that, now windows does not work and I cant upgrade. Also, he didnt install the eithernet card so it took me about two days to develop a way to install without an internet connection or working CD drive. Thanks Wang. Good luck

My boyfriend originally found Martin on craigslist because the DC jack on my laptop was broken from falling off the couch so my computer couldnt charge. After seeing all his positive feedback, I brought my laptop to him for repair with confidence. He was very informative, communicative, and helpful. Hes also super nice. I specifically asked if he could do a same day repair and was excited that he was able to (I knew my computer had to be taken apart completely to access the part but I really needed it back for work) He also discovered a problem I didnt even know I had (my motherboard had cracked from the impact) and fixed that too in just a few hours. I was also having problems with my wireless adapter and he fixed that (really quickly too) All in all, he is highly recommended and if anything else should happen to my computer (I obviously hope not but still haha) I know who to call. As other people have mentioned, I have a warranty for 3 months (but lets hope I dont break it again)
