Made a phone call to David and was told to come in now and he would have a look. Sure enough took it apart in front of my eyes and diagnosed the problem. Needed a new part. He put my machine together so that I could use it and ordered the part. When it comes in he told me I would be notified and to come in and he would replace it while I waited. Absolutely no down time with my computer. Another establishment told me I would have to be without my computer for two-five days and the cost was twice as much as at Hamilton! You bet that I will come back without thinking twice if I have another problem. Nice, courteous, honest and fair. Highly recommend the place!

I was looking for a late model Mac Book Pro to replace an earlier model which had broken. I found the model I was looking for at Hamilton Computer. David was very helpful and flexible in preparing the machine to accept my hard drive.and to customize the machine to my memory requirements. In the end i got exactly what I wanted at a fair price without unnecessary hardware. David worked with me to ensure I had no trouble installing the heard drive and went the extra mile to answer every question. Very professional and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend.

I just wanted to say that I am absolutely loving the computer you sold me more and more with each passing day. I cant get over how fast it is. Its so incredibly fast that I cannot get the screen to freeze, no matter how much I multitask with it, which is contrary to every computer I had before this one. Anyways, it was well worth the $600.
