Ive contacted Paul at Westford Computer Services a couple of times in regards to laptop and he has been great. First, I had some pain in the you-know-what viruses wreaking havoc that he figured out and took care of - then my computer was fast again! Well recently my laptop decided it didnt want to turn on and I was horrified as I had not backed up some very important files and didnt know what to do. One call to Paul and I arranged to get my laptop to him for possible repair. He found the problem with the computer but since it was a bit older, it didnt make sense to do the repairs. He was able to retrieve everything from my hard drive for me though and saved the day! Would definitely recommend Westford Computer Services to anyone needing a knowledgeable company with great communication. A+ in my book. Thanks again Paul and good luck with the snow shoveling.

I recently had an issue with my laptop. I was recommended to Paul by a friend. He diagnosed the problem and made all the necessary repairs to get me back up and running smoothly. He was very knowledgeable. He gave me a couple of options that would work, but also was considerate of my expense by explaining the cost and weighing out exactly what I would be getting with each option. That made the decision easier. What separates Paul from so many other companies, in addition to his knowledge, is his customer service. His turn around time was quick which is very important, and he was always available to answer either phone calls or respond to emails. I would use him again without question.

My HP laptop was having some issues where the fan sounded horrible! I had taken it to Paul and he told me hed look it over. I wasnt very hopeful since I figured I might need a new laptop, but to my surprise paul was able to replace the fan, do some magic related to the "heatsink thermal paste" and I was back in business. Very reasonable price too, Paul is the man!
