I had come across Logistics Consulting, LLC Totally by accident .They turned out to be one of the most professional small businesses I could have ever hoped for.I had several laptops repaired by them, and there turn around time was always in a days time (Awesome).I had also recommended them to several of my friends and they also were happy with the results as well as the totally reasonable prices charged for the work that was done.I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs repair work done as well as a company that backs what work they do.Thanks guys and gals!! at Logistics Consulting, LLC

I bought a MacBook Pro back in 2007. It ran great for a long time, but I really started to notice a decline in battery performance over the past year (as can be expected with notebooks). I couldnt seem to find anything in my price range direct from Apple or various other retailers until I found Logistics. I called and spoke to Ben and he was able to set me up with a refurb battery thats worked great ever since (10 months and counting). Id highly recommend Logistics to anyone out there. Its hard to find an affordable IT company that also provides this level of customer service. 47 thumbs up!

Awesome place! I have used these guys before for PC repair but just found out, they fix phones too! I paid for a squaretrade warranty for my phone 2 years ago, a much better deal than the carriers warranty... Anyway my phone just died, squaretrade wanted me to ship the phone to them, and I was going to have to pay 100 dollars just to have it fixed! Good thing I happened to be driving by Bens shop as he was able to have my phone back to me in a day for less than squaretrade! Thanks Ben! Works like its brand new!

Helpful and super reasonably priced! I came to see Jess & Ben @ Logistics when my laptop was attacked by a virus. They took care of it for a very reasonable price (much less than similar places would have charged), gave me advice on picking out the best (and again, most cost effective) anti-virus solution, plus they actually helped speed up my laptop start time! Needless to say, I will be returning to Logistics for any further computer-related needs.

First visit: Ben advised me that the issue was probably covered under warranty, saving me (and costing himself) a few dollars. Second visit: A weird issue with my daughters Acer Aspire. Ben sorted out the issue and wrote a deailed, three-page blog about it for do-it-yourselfers. The repair was effective, quick, and the price was very reasonable. This is the computer repair place weve all been looking for.

I felt my laptop was running a bit slugish so I searched for a local computer shop since the one in my town shuttered its doors. I found Logistics and dropped by. Ben was in that day and was very helpful. He suggested a memory upgrade. In 5 minutes I purchased, watched him install the new memory and wallah, my laptop runs like new again. Very excellent place. HIGHLY recommend.

He takes the time to go over everything in as much detail as you could want, and he offers local tech support ... no endless voicemail to wade through like the big companies. i had my computer (that was running on linux) fixed there after factory defaulting it it would say Error File system unknown. so we got it fixed there and they even installed microsoft word, and sped it up faster then it was new!
