For about 6 months, a technology black cloud was overhead and raining everyday until it became torrential. At wits end, I called a business friend whose computers had just been stolen and asked if he knew someone who could help me with my network and frustratingly slow, yet newly rebuilt computer. Pedro, call Pedro, he kept saying. Dont call anyone else, just call Pedro. With that recommendation, I called Pedro who called me back in minutes at which point I whined to him about my mish mash of computers being such a headache. My computer had crashed again and while my business isnt involved in life or death activities, and it couldve waited, Pedro re arranged his schedule and came the same day. Pedro is the consummate professional. He is very fast at what he does and can talk and work at the same time, often running between offices to keep computers moving as he installs software or fixes what is wrong. While he is paid by the hour and could certainly go at a slower pace, he doesnt. He fixed all of my problems in about 2 hours and then took my newly rebuilt back to his shop and installed a new hard drive and re-installed all of my programs and everything as if it never left me. He took it on Friday and it was back on Monday. Pedro offers a screaming deal for one years worth of service and support that is awesome for a small business like mine. He fixed all of my emails issues, added accounts, scolded me about my 7 GB of data on my Outlook account, and the piece de resistance was that he synced my Iphone with my Outlook so erasing messages on my phone erased them on the server. Which is probably childs play to many of you, I just dont have the time to know this stuff. I could go on and on, however, I will conclude that Pedro is also very knowledgeable about QuickBooks and setting it up across networks so that we can printer UPS labels and invoices and envelopes in the correct printer. Again, easy stuff perhaps to the network minded but that isnt my expertise. I will leave you with the same advice that I received...Call Pedro!

WARNING: Dont call a computer repair guy until you have read this. My wife and I own two businesses which rely heavily on our computers. Between our home and office we have about 30 computers. Multiple hard-wired LAN and WIFI networks to keep all of our computers talking to each other and our servers. SPEED TO RESPOND When we experience computer issues it can have a dramatic negative effect on our businesses. Last week we had an intense band of thunderstorms run through our area. We had a lightening strike within a hundred feet of our home. Even though my desktop PC was plugged into a UPS, the strike was too much and my computer went down (so did all of the power in my house, one of my printers, and our cable TV). When my generator kicked in, my computer was dead. Pedro responded to my call for help IMMEDIATELY. His response time is ALWAYS super fast. Hes the NICEST person you could imagine. Just really pleasant to work with. INTEGRITY Knowing how bad the lightening strike was, Pedro could have told me that my machine was fried and needed replacement. I would not have blinked an eyelash. Though I would have been bummed about the need to replace it, Id have told him to go ahead and get me the best new machine appropriate for my business and home needs. Pedro drove out to my home and Within HOURS he had me back up and running. But not with a new machine. He told me that the motherboard was gone. But instead of ordering a brand new one (both for cost and time) he was able to find the same board in a computer he had in his shop... swapped them out and charged me VERY low money for the repair. CONSISTENCY Weve had Pedro taking care of all of our computer needs for many many years. The emergency incident above is just one of a LONG LIST of stories I could share with you about his work. He is a gentleman, and an EXPERT at what he does. He runs his business with the highest level of integrity. Im just glad hes YOUNGER than I AM cause Id HATE to think of Pedro retiring before me!

Recently I began to search for a computer company that could extract data from diskettes I had used over ten years ago. I found Computer Smart Solutions by doing a search on Google. When I called them, I was thrilled to hear that they had the capabilities to do the task I required. Pedro and Lyle were very informative and easy to talk to. As I approached their location, I called to ensure I was at the right place because I had not yet seen their sign. As I spoke on the phone with Pedro, he specifically told me their exact location on the second floor. Then he asked me whether I needed help lifting a tower or other computer equipment I had brought with me in the car. That was a very considerate offer because I usually have to carry in whatever items I have brought for service. Once I arrived inside their office, Pedro took my diskettes and he told me that the price was $65 per hour to work on extracting the data. When he asked how I wanted to save the data, I replied that I would buy a flash drive at Staples. He agreed that I could purchase one cheaper there than at his business. And he told me to buy a flash drive with the smallest gigabyte capacity. I appreciated his honesty and advice on this matter. After a couple of hours, Pedro called to say that they were able to retrieve the data, so I brought them the flash drive to complete the transfer. I asked them to look at other diskettes and they were willing to do that also. I was so happy that they could access my data because earlier another company had told me that there was nothing readable on the diskettes. Computer Smart Solutions made my day! Now Lyle is helping me to find software that can enable me to read my files since I used Microsoft Works years ago. Pedro and Lyle are very knowledgeable, accessible, helpful, and personable. I would highly recommend their computer tech skills to anyone in need of these types of services.

I am a single computer owner for home-office use, perhaps not the typical customer for Pedro and his assistant Lyle. I had some annoying problems that I could not handle myself. Rather than going into long narrative I will use simple key words to describe Pedro and Lyle who I will highly recommend over anyone else who might come along............. very nice and personal professionals, quick to respond, hardware or software problems, sense of urgency, almost immediate response, office or remote solutions, practical, immediate diagnosis of the problem, patient, integrity, customer orientated, stay with you until the problem is solved even after their very reasonable bill was paid, etc. etc. I can say no more other than to reiterate .............. very highly recommended.
