Joining CrossFit EXP has got to be one of the best decisions Ive made for myself. Why? Because what I walked in expecting is nothing in comparison to what I walk out with after every workout. I walk out with so much more than just a finished workout! From having a better understanding and knowledge of food to knowing the unknown, CrossFit EXP has given me the most ultimate, well-rounded workout Ive not gotten anywhere else. By well-rounded I mean as in mind, body, and spirit. My mental clarity is sharper, my physique, stronger and my spirit much, much happier (and knowing what you are supposed to be eating is a bonus)! What is better than being surrounded by a fellow crossfitters who support and push you beyond your comfort zone? What is more beneficial to your success than a very well educated and experienced coaching staff who will properly get you to reach your fullest potential in strength, endurance, and mobility? What is more exhilarating then your Crossfit family being there to high-five, hug, cheer, and scream as you beat your last lifted weight or timed personal record? Not too much will beat these things and these are all experiences I have every time I walk into CrossFit EXP. I get a gym, several personal trainers/coaches, nutritionalists and a team (now family) all under one roof! I would recommend to anyone who is looking for that full body workout (again mentally, physically and emotionally), CrossFit EXP is the place to get it! Come see what the hype is all about!!! At 43 years old I had reached my all time high in weight gain. My last physical was worrisome due to high cholesterol levels. I felt I was too young for a pill regiment. I needed to adjust my diet and increase my exercise. My son found CrossFit EXP and wanted me to try it with him. We went to our free introduction class, was met by a Coach who explained the workout and assisted us with scaling the weight for the workout. As soon as the word "GO" came out of his mouth we knew this was a different workout experience. We signed up for a 6 week program as a trial run....that was 10 months ago. Enough can not be said about the Coaches and members of CrossFit EXP. Their knowledge is incredible, their passion is unmatched. From day 1 they have been there to help me in my form and techniques as well as importance of eating cleaner. The other members have been welcoming and encouraging throughout. The friendly atmosphere is so refreshing. My weight and cholesterol have dropped and I am doing different activities with my family like 5k races and mud runs. I am the strongest I have ever been at this stage in my life. I couldnt be happier with my decision to join the EXP family.

I joined CrossFit EXP nearly 2 years ago. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. At the risk of sounding cliche...its the truth, so Im going to say it: This is a COMMUNITY, not just a "gym." The Coaches are all fantastic, well trained, personable and genuinely engaged in the health and wellness of the members. The community is amazing, its like a family. Its a no-judgment zone. Its a place to be YOU. Its a place to become a better YOU. All with the support, encouragement and help from other members and Coaches. I have exercised fairly regularly since high school (now age 36) and I feel the best I have ever felt...the healthiest, strongest, most confident and in the best shape Ive been in. Not to mention, my stress level is controlled! Something thats not easy for anyone to do this day and age. Theres always room for improvement in ourselves and CrossFit EXP has given me the ability to continue to work on myself. Thank you to everyone whos a part of CrossFit EXP. Love you all!

If your new to lifting and high pace workouts then its perfect. The class starts by showing one new exercise (snatches, one leg squat, power clean, etc.) Then a set circuit workout that runs about 20-30. This seems pretty standard to a "new-be" but for a more advance/ experience lifter it can get boring. Dont get me wrong, the workout at the end was awesome and Im not the worlds best lifter. But I was a three sport athlete and bjj for basically all my life. Spending 30 or more minutes repeating a lift form with a bunch of moms around you can get kinda annoying. I spend more time starring at the "advance" lifters (distracting) then burning a sweat. Im Not trying to hate on the owners or any of the trainers because they were very nice people and knew what they were doing but I feel like there should be a beginners and experienced class. Maybe it would be different if I did stay more then the free week but they havent even called me. But give it a shot.. People are nice and its a growing new sport.

I feel better at 50 then I did at 30!! Crossfit has changed my life in so many different ways!! All my life I have been a gym rat..working with the same machines..same weights..never really challenging myself..When I joined Crossfit EXP, I found a whole new world of fitness! Not only am I stronger, I have more energy, more confidence in myself, and more importantly, feel great!! Each and every workout is challenging, yet modified to whatever level you can achieve! The coaches are fantastic!! Their consistency in their training is what makes Crossfit EXP stand out! Their different styles of teaching, compliment each other perfectly! They focus on you as an individual, helping you to get the most out of your workout, achieve your goals, and most of all, help better your overall health! You can walk into any class at EXP and feel welcomed! My only regret is I wish I started sooner!!

I decided to give CrossFit EXP a try a month ago and I wasnt sure what to expect at first, but I was pleasantly surprised my first day and havent looked back since. The coaches are friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They are able to modify any workout or movement in order to accomodate anoyones ability level. The other members are also great. They have done nothing but make me feel at home, encourage me when I dont think I can keep going, and challenge me to be better. As someone who would lose interest in the gym after a week or two due to boredom, this is just not the case anymore. I wake up every morning excited to make it to EXP and my day is thrown out of whack if I dont get to do the WOD. If you want to get in shape and have a great supporting cast to help you reach whatever goals you have for yourself, this is the place to do it without a doubt! :)

I have been going to Crossfit EXP since last October, which is also when I first began my crossift journey. My whole life I have always worked out, but just got bored at the gym. I tried the free, class only because I had a friend that went there and finally talked me into it. My first day I was petrified, but as I walked in at 5:15 am I received nothing but good mornings and positive vibes from everyone. Never in a million years did I expect to become addicted like everyone else says you will. The people and coaches are so welcoming and genuine, and you truly will become one big family. The thought of having to go back to a normal gym with the same boring routine just isnt an option anymore. One year later, I am the strongest I have ever been and honestly look forward to working out at 5:15 in the morning everyday!
