So why Sky High? They provide a flexible class schedule with multiple times a day all week to fit in your workout. They have pole classes, aerial classes, fitness classes, and flexibility classes plus they are always adding more. They have top of the line instructors that are certified and know how to work with current injuries and prevent them. They know how to continue bringing you to your next level and can always help you accomplish your goals. So these are things that bring them above some studios.. what makes them better? Lauren (owner) is extremely involved with her studio, staff, and clients. She is always finding ways to get involved in drives, donations, shows, performances and more. She is very involved with her clients on a personal level. She supports them outside of the studio with their life, careers, family. She genuinely cares about everyone there. Everyone is happy to be there and really supportive of one another. Its like seeing friends and family every time you work out. Cant find a better place, all around 5 STAR! Come check them out!!!

Sky High is an outstanding studio, with a variety of aerial offerings. The studio has a strong commitment to excellence and safety, which is essential! The instructors are well-trained, and come to class well-prepared. Theres something for everyone at Sky, and youre sure to find something new that you never dreamed of doing before. And so much to choose from! Id be taking 4 classes a day if I could, but limit myself to just 2-3, 4-5 times per week. Youll find a welcoming and supportive environment here, women & men of all shapes, sizes, ages, and levels of athleticism. On your worst day, you can come here and therell be people to cheer your latest accomplishment. These are the things that have kept me at Sky High Studios for three years!

Have been coming hear for almost two years now. I was looking for something both fun and challenging that I could do outside of my day to day work (tree climbing), that would also provide a great work out. My gf suggested I come and try Aerial Silks, and have been hooked since. The owner Lauren is always working hard to keep a positive community and a professional group of instructors on staff. There are a wide array of classes to take for all skill levels to accommodate beginners to advanced. To top it all off, there are social events for members throughout the year that are always a lot of fun! If you are looking for both a great environment and a great physical challenge than this place is worth a try!

Sky High is the second studio Ive trained at. I made the switch six months ago and, even though its an hour away from my home, havent looked back! The instructors and owner (who is also an instructor) are so knowledgable and helpful. The wide variety of classes keep my attention and fit my specific training needs (fly gym for strength, pole for technique, and flexibility for, well, flexibility!). Ive made so much physical and mental progress during my time here, and I owe it all to the friend and supportive staff and community!

If youre thinking of taking an aerial class here, just do it! Theres no need to think twice about it. The instructors are so great to work with. There are many classes to choose from, youre bound to love more than one. Also, for my lovely ladies with a little curve to them, if I can do it you can do it too. Body types dont matter here. The only thing that matters is pointing your mother-loving toes!

I love this studio because the instructors are knowledgeable, scheduling is flexible, and the location is convenient. There is a great supportive community here, and after your first class, youll want to keep coming for more! Ive been taking the intro to pole class on Saturdays whenever I visit my hometown, and love the class! Lauren is an excellent instructor who provides great 1 on 1 attention to ensure everyone is doing the movements correctly, safely, and having fun! Lauren and her staff are amazing dance teachers. I have learned so much in a matter of months. They provide such a welcoming, chill atmosphere. You may walk in on your first day feeling weird, but you feel right at home in a matter of minutes.
