-Could use NEW MATS, current mats are torn up badly. -Pilates exercise balls are dwindling. Sadly I think theyre being stolen. If replaced they may be stolen too?? -Ballet Barre classes or reformer classes would be a bonus. -Additional morning fitness classes are in high demand. Monday 8:30, Wednesday 9:30, and Friday 10:30 are generally at/near capacity. Additional classes offered before or after these classes may alleviate those being turned away from attending, running out of equipment, and/or freedom to move about in class safely. Apart from these issues BSC is a terrific place for me!! After 9 years, this year had been the first year I felt a mangers presence and concern for not only myself but everyone, clients and staff at BSC. I see and feel a better Westborough BSC coming to town with Rob! Certainly the desk staff should receive praises for their outstanding service .Beth, Becky, and Albert have stepped up to the plate filling the void of Todd (who now works at a BSC elsewhere) Todd truly set the bar for Westborough in regard to customer service!! Its additionally motivating to be greeted with a smile and wished well upon leaving!! Truly a friendly atmosphere at Westborough BSC! Not to be missed , BSC has quality professionals instructors for all the classes I attend. Jennifer, Caroline, Michele, Denise, Jane, & Lolly challenge me, and offer ample modifications for those who are new or struggling with proper movements during classes. They also provide quality substitutes in their absence. Some I wish could be hired for additional classes in spin, like Irena Finally I LOVE my BSC friends!!

Just be careful. I went in one day to look at the gym and they made me an offer to join. I took the auto payment option. A few weeks later my credit card was stolen and I had to order a replacement along with a number of other things. I forgot all about the membership and no one contacted me until a collection agency sent me a bill for three months of membership. I paid the bill but was very disappointed that the staff there never bothered to call or even send a letter before they decided to affect my credit. One of the challenges of having A large corporation doing business locally. It seems to me it wouldve been far more appropriate to call me and find out what was going on or even shoot me an email or a note. But none of that was done. Very unprofessional and impersonal. I since have joined another gym.

My review is about the membership fee policy, not about the actual club. My son never used his membership so I suspended it online. Apparently the suspension period was limited to 2 months and then became active again. We caught the recurring charge on our credit card statement and called to inquire as to why it had been reactivated. Manager very politely explained that there was nothing he could do despite seeing that no one had used the membership for the previous 6 months, and also explained that in addition I would be paying for another 16 days because of the 30 day notice to cancel. No offer to reimburse the fees or waive the 30 days. Buyer beware, I am sure it is in the fine print but I think this is a pretty shady way to do business.

Its a ymca gym....not enough 45s for all racks/benches etc. No lifting bar for deadlift type movements. Power racks are small and wobbly. (1 power rack/yay on leg day). Same with bench small and wobbly. Basically everything is meant to fit more. Staff is nice. Hidden fees...constantly going up. Just recieved a letter stating monthlys going up 10$/month. Went to cancel and was still charged the month bc "theres a 30 day warning" explain to me why the gym needs a 30 day warning? I dont mind paying more but the gym has to be worth it... Also, theres constantly these group scessions where the open floor is taken on the busiest times of the day, thats fun when its crammed.

I am a passport member with BSC. This review is specific to this location. This gym recently added a $20 plan. To accomplish this, theyve moved the towels behind the front desk as the $20 Premier plan doesnt get towels. They also dont get reservations for spin classes apparently. My main problem is that they are able to book daycare and since daycare is limited and fills up quickly, this has prevented us as Passport members from using the daycare service which is why we switched to a premium gym. I feel like BSC should live up to a better reputation. The equipment here is just old or plain weird. I have worked out in nice gyms across the country and some of the equipment that they have here I have never seen before. But regardless you can get a decent workout in here if you can navigate through the swarms or high school to college aged bros. I feel like its their neighborhood hangout. It just stinks for some people that actually pay for their membership here and cant even find a bench to use.

Ive been to a few gyms, and Boston Sports Club is by far the best. It is clean, the equipment is good, the equipment gets taken care of, the locker rooms are clean and always stocked. Plus the staff is friendly. A special thank you to Todd who I believe also goes the extra mile learning everyones name and greeting you every morning. It makes going to the gym somewhat fun.

Ive been a member for a few months and find the place to be consistently clean, with friendly members and staff. All of class instructors very knowledgeable. And the best part is the price!!!! Am now paying the same membership fee as Golds Gym $19.99 while leaving the funky smell, and dirty, dingy gym behind. Thanks BSC

Its OK if you go in do your workout and out of the gym...The stuff is unhelpful and I would give it a 0 stars but Im reviewing the gym...Its good not always enough equipment depend on the time you going...but Im OK with it for now.

I loved this gym so much. The price was excellent, staff was friendly, machines were fantastic and bountiful and the locker room and other facilities were clean and beautiful. I only left the gym because I moved out of state.

Awesome place to work out! It has a pool! It has an Olympic/power lifting station. Tons of cardio equipment. An activity section. Classes, etc. Literally the most versitile awesome place Ive ever been too! Even has a Sauna!

Pretty nice gym. Youll get a workout just getting up the stairs. Decent equipment but like any gym youll need to snipe benches. Clientele is pretty diverse which is nice. Trainers are all very friendly.

The managers here spend more time trying to pick up the ladies than anything managerial. Ive gotten Jesus freaks on the locker room, trying to convert me, and too many high schoolers.

I have never been unhappier with a gym before. I would only consider one staff member friendly and good luck finding a machine because the ones that do work are already being used.
