I travel for work and go to 3 or 4 PF locations every week...this location is on my top three worst locations list...only two of the lowest level outdated tanning booths...lacking equipment...hardly any televisions no full length mirrors...locker room wasnt even decent...and some broken equipment...this location needs upgraded to keep up with all the other PF...I feel bad for the local gym members...

I am very new to working out and have struggled for years to get in shape. I joined PF last year and have worked off 30 pounds. For 10 bucks a month I have to say the brand new equipment is amazing, and the non bodybuilder atmosphere makes me, feel totally at ease. Staff is great and very willing to help and give guidance. In these times this is the best value I could find...

Overall a pretty good gym & $10 a month makes it a great value. Now if I could get back into going I would be much happier about my investment! The equipment is top notch & well maintained, though nothing fancy. The atmosphere always pretty relaxed when I was there (usually early morning). It looks pretty crowded in the afternoons though.

Disappointed this morning,3/18 arrived at 7:15 and not open, waiting in parking lot with many others! This also happened on Tuesday before the snowstorm why couldnt they send out an email to everybody who signed up here and let him know that we will be closed for the day??

This place is a dump. They are trying to update it, but that just means construction in the locker rooms. So ladies, no privacy ever. There is always a random guy in the locker room. Also, lock away all valuables. The staff is well aware of thievery but shrugs it off.

Im a black card member who was having some rough times in the fall/winter. Staff were extremely accommodating in helping me with my account. The facility is spacious and beautiful and the staff are fantastic!! Im so thankful Ive found a gym that I can call home :)

No fans, at all. No stair climbers, no kettle bells. Most Planet Fitnesses have SYNRGY360 systems now, Milford of course does not. Staff is nice and locker rooms are new though so I guess thats supposed to make up for everything thats missing =-/

Staff is always friendly and helpful, and manager is very knowledgeable about fitness techniques. Very convenient hours and nice to have a gym that isnt full of folks who just want a tan or the latest smoothie

Girl behind the counter was too busy chatting with her friends, Did not acknowledg me as she was sitting up on top of the desk and the place was very dirty and very outdated

Friendly staff only when you sign in for a membership ! Way to lose money not weights specially if you cancel the membership. READ the fine lines before you sign in

Its a decent-sized gym. There are a lot of machines there for anyones use. Although, it is usually busy on the weekends, it is less busy on the weekdays.

Great gym! Equipment is all new amd interior was recently done over. Cant beat the price of ten dollars a month!
