Good: Cozy gym is rocking in the basement, which means its cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Plenty of equipment for all levels of ability and AWESOME helpful staff. That being said every machine has a individual TV built in so you can watch whatever you personally wish to see. Bad: Its a bit on the small side, theres only 4 treadmills so they fill up quick during the busy hours. If you come in during off hours though its a great hidden gem. Also the "pool" doesnt make it easy to do laps. Some of the headphone jacks dont like my headphones but my wifes work fine on the same machines.

I absolutely love this place!!! Everyone is so friendly staff and gym goers. No intimidation and small enough classes where its more personal. They are also very motivational. 1-10 ? I give it a 12. The staff lovvve to help people!! Sandy is the owner and super friendly. Shes training people in the gym all the time and talks to everyone. Im a new member but will be going here for years to come.

The staff is friendly. It is really clean. It is pretty small, which I like because there usually arent a ton of people there.
