Truly a great hometown gym. Its not too big, but what it lacks in size it makes up for in machinery! The bathrooms are spotless too. Good things come in small packages and this place embodies that statement. The treadmills are really nice and be sure to try out the Expresso HD bike. Come in Anytime!

The owners are awesome. The place is always clean... Its a small facility, so they is limited free weights, aerobic and stations. It had what you need to get a good workout.

I personally like the gym but the lack of equipment is pretty intense. A serious lifter could pretty much only do arms and maybe legs here.

Quaint gym. Friendly staff. Mainly carpeted. Lots of treadmills but free weight area is relatively small.
