Did a day pass, got yelled at for "working out too hard and intimidating members." I dont grunt or anything, they were mad I was actually pushing myself and sweating a bit. jeeeeze. The culture in these gyms is atrocious. are you serious? I knew that this was a cliche for planet fitness, but I didnt think it was as true as youd think. Was in the area visiting a friend... should have looked for a different gym. Cant even lift weights, whats the point? I can walk to the gym, why do I need to use the treadmills? Also - none of the showers seemed to work well, for the ones that actually did. Equipment was cheap, mass-made crap. Now I know why they dont want you to work out hard - youll break all the machines. Only good if you need to rent cardio equipment, otherwise pass. better yet RUN to a different gym.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Because of an employees mistake I was being charged still on a monthly basis. After calling several times my account was finally cancelled but charged $80. I have been calling since January repeatedly to be reimbursed due to their mistakes. No one calls me back like they say they will and when I do call no one can help. Since January to today nothing has been done and I am currently waiting on a call back after calling an hour ago.

10 bucks right? Ok but why does it smell like cheese and butt? That is a huge issue, the second is the patrons not wiping down machines after use, disgusting filthy pigs. I literally have to clean it, use it, and clean it again. I saw a turd on the floor of the ladies room and a racist woman on her phone using words like "sheboon and pavement ape" what the??? The only reason for 3 stars is the front desk people are nice and hot guys work out here. And 10 bucks.

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE! I was told $20 a month, but this month I was charged $30 at the regular pay period, than another $30 on the 25th, and finally $20 yesterday! Dont know what the hell is going on, but I will be finding time between my two jobs and college classes to go down to this gym and either get a $60 refund or cancel my membership

Horrible tanning beds, but nice big locker rooms and hot showers. Need to update the level of tanning equipment guys, keep up with the other planet fitness locations. Large leg sled, but cramped free weight sections Good truck parking though and next to Market Basket.

Staff is useless. can never answer questions and seem like they dont care. Otherwise the gym is decent and clean. If you just want a place to workout its fine but if you want a good customer service experience forget it.

Horrible customer service, particularly from management. I have been charged multiple times for the same fee and trying to get a refund is a disaster! Canceled my memberships and the 4 others my family have with them.

Ive been going to PF for over four years now just about every other day. I dont have any complaints except variety of machines could use an update. Employees are always friendly and gym is clean.
