I would have never considered myself the type of person who would call working out enjoyable and fun, but ever since Ive started coming here to Orange Theory in Concord, I have become a huge fan of exercise (and Im noticing the physical results as well). The trainers are very good at explaining whats going on, especially to n00bs like me, and will correct your form when needed. Everyone is very friendly. As a fat person who was nervous about being surrounded by fit skinny people and working out, I can say this is an excellent experience. Highly recommended. Also fit skinny people arent as scary as I thought they would be.

I did the trial class and enjoyed: high energy, very motivational and great balance of cardio and strength. More importantly, i had a customer service issue w/ payments and contract. They could have been difficult b/c i was careless and technically at fault. But the owner, Jessica, quickly called and resolved beautifully. Im very appreciative and wanted to share w/ others.
