i like the gym,,but music too loud, it is a gym, no a party night club.,Me gusta el gym ,pero necesitan equilibrar el volumen de la musica,no porq algunas personas les guste el ruido,significa q el resto tambien, hay que respetar un poco ,entiendo que es un lugar público y no se le puede dar gusto a cada persona, pero con ese ruido tan fuerte , ni entrenar dan ganas aveces, demasiado volumen en la musica,, señores es un gimnasio,no una discoteca....todo con medida ,ni tan lejos que no alumbre al santo,ni tan cerca que lo queme.

This fitness center is horrible!!! Customer service is bad they just want your money!!! And the babysit room is terrible terrible , their staff is always on their phone. There eyes are not on the kids, my son got scratch on the chest and he was bleeding and they dont know when it happened and how it happened!!!!!!and guess what they still charge me for another month even I stop going there for over a month!!! This place is a joke, please dont go there you are just gonna waste your money and put your kids in danger

por que las maquinas rotas desde el año pasado la gente no son limpias y te miran como si vinieras de otro planeta a mi no me gusta para nada el mejor era el que estaba x la cranston espero q lo habran de nuevo .

Pleasant staff all the time..they try their best to accomdate everyone especially in daycare ..they are hardworking and always eager to please meet everyone needs...Trish especially is extremely knowledgable and professional and makes the gym a place I always want to be. She always greets with a smile and thats more than enough to start your day with a positive welcome

Bright, roomy with plenty of equipment. Womens only area. Babysitting. Variety of classes. Convenient location. Would just add more free weights to Womens only area.

No customer service, noone to ask to tan, no classes til who knows what time in the morning. None before 930am! No corporate number to call..shall I go on??

This is one of the best gyms in Providence. Has everything I need from babysitting which is really awesome to group class for a really cheap price.

Ive been trying to cancel my membership for the longest. The maneger is never around. Thier sauna machine doesnt work. I miss work out world!

This club is a clean comfortable friendly environment. Staff here are very respectful and friendly. A nice place to bring the family.

Worst place to go. 80% of the equipment are either broken, torn or missing weights. Even the floors are torn apart
