This gym has a, "get what you pay for" vibe. You are not going to find any technology on the machines. For example, there are no televisions on the treadmills like Ive seen at other locations that charge the same monthly rate. Also they removed the scales out of the locker rooms. Im not quite sure why a gym would ever do this. The whole reason I joined was to get in shape, and part of that is checking my weight on a weekly basis. Now I cant even weigh myself at the gym that I pay for! When the desk attendant told me that they recently removed the scales, I thought she was joking. I find this very frustrating and I plan to cancel my membership. Otherwise, its an okay gym I guess, if you like purple and bright yellow walls.

The gym is certainly too small for the amount of people that theyre signing up. Especially during peak hrs 4pm-12am, it is extremely difficult to find an available smith machine. The worst part about this gym is that it has no free barbell station. You can either use smith machine or dumbbells. Thus, your workout is very limited. Also, dumbbells only go up to 75lb. This is not a place for anyone that wants to be a serious lifter. Their workout is just too limited. If possible, sign up the Planet Fitness in Warwick. However, with all the negativity, I think their cardio equipment is adequate. Though again, if you go around peak hrs, youll see that even the cardio machines are full.

I must say overall this planet fitness location is by far the most welcoming friendly and helpful location i have been to. The entire staff are very courteous and polite. I stopped going to the gym for some time but have been highly motivated to come in day after day due to fact of working with carlos the physical trainer he has been very helpful and i even been losing weight due to his excellent guidance and training. As far as cleanliness the gym is always flawless . Iam extremely happy to continue my journey of losing weight at this gym and i highly recommend this gym in particular to anyone out there who is debating on getting a membership .

Ive been in planet fitness for about three months now, it is great I love it. Ive lost 15 pounds and Im always motivated. They have great deals. I encourage you to go and sign up. The employees are very friendly and polite, they always receive you with a big smile. I love going to the gym, I always have a great time, the trainers are amazing, they motivate you even more. Planet fitness is great, I love it and I guarantee anyone that if they put their heart and soul theyll see results fast.

I love this gym - encouraging staff and trainers who will go out of their way to help you excel, enough cardio equipment so that Ive never had to wait for one and Im always there at peak hours (between 5 and 7 on weeknights). The total body enhancement, their allowing guests and the tanning in the summer months is well worth the $20 per month membership. Ive never had below mentioned issues with parking - nor has anyone ever been pushy or rude. Its a great gym.

Weve belong to gyms in Chicago and 24 Hour in Houston and this Planet Fitness is by far the best run gym we have belonged to. The staff is courteous and friendly! The gym is clean and we are very impressed about how quickly the broken equipment gets fixed. The clients for the most part are very nice too. It is a fun place to go and work out! We got so lucky with this gym. The one in Houston couldnt even fix the drinking fountains.

Before this gym was on point now I see people in gean, boots, the alarm went people make noise or thru the weight the dont use it .. Wednesday 03-29 was a guy with mental problems doing wrestling in the middle of the gym with weight how can you let someone like that do that in the gym what about if that person hurt some body and I have complained to the people there and they dont care like I said is not the same any more

The customer service at this gym exceeds the expectations of any Planet Fitness. The new manager Derick is sooooo accommodating and understanding, he fixed my account transfer in a matter of minutes and even called the other location on my behalf to save me the trouble. The girls at the desk are friendly and very pleasant to talk to. They always stop their tasking to interact with customers!

I think its an o.k size gym. And if you go before 4pm and after 8pm then its not to crowded. However, the people who work there are just awful. There is this one guy who I think is acctually the manager and he is pushy, and rude. He does everything fast like he just wants to get it over and done with. Also he said the "F" word out loud. I know its a gym but some respect would be nice.

I enjoy coming to planet fitness to work out. This gym is close to home and affortable. Staffs treat me with respect and should me handsomely rewarded for there hard work. This gym is always clean when i walk in. I recommend this gym for first time people than want to work out.

They really need to put up signs that cleaning equipment is mandatory after using them. I see more people not cleaning than cleaning. Its gross. **UPDATE*** have to give credit where it is due, spoke to the manager he is getting signs to put up. Thanks Guys!

Does not have the proper staff and protection and is a dangerous place to workout, especially if you are gay. Members have free reign to intimidate and insult you without protection from the front desk. Not a place you want to work out in.

I love this gym and most of the staff but the personal trainer is a pervert I almost cancel my membership cuz of him but I love this gym sooo much and the great workers that work there make up for my uncomfortable experience....

This pf location is amazing. The staff is so friendly and welcoming even when you dont show up for two months (or more) the trainer Carlos knows what he is talking about and his classes are always challenging.

Plenty of equipment missing (no benchpress etc.). The company as a whole is quite dishonest; intentionally makes it incredibly complicated to cancel membership, hardly provide any customer service. Stay away.

Not the best. Womens locker room needs a SERIOUS UPGRADE. Bench in handicapped shower broken, bubbled flooring. "Nobody knows" anything about the problems. The PF on Ann Mary St. in Pawtucket is much nicer.

Gym wanted to charge me 20.00 for a one day pass. Every gym offers a complimentary one day trial, but not Planet Fitness. They wanted to charge me not $5, not $10, not $15... but $20. Shady....

Welcoming staff, clean equipment, nice locker rooms, and I never have to wait for most machines. What more could you want from a gym? Oh, and the $10 a month price tag doesnt hurt either!
