The boxing classes are very intence need to try it out coaches are great coach Ed n coach Kim excellent classes put ur body to the test also sidekick Tiana coach Eds daughter is a joy to be around. Also the New Kickboxing classes with Kickboxing instructor DJ Traversy. Great Classes

Do not use this place. The guy at the front desk is so rude. They dont even have a set schedule. Its not worth to spend your money at this gym.

Great trainers push you to the max. Kim (the machine)their female fighter is the champ aside from the male trainers.
